I was having a terrible day when I stumbled upon this Mexican food truck. Even though they weren’t open yet, the owner was kind enough to cook something for me, instantly brightening my day. The chef whipped up five tacos with three different flavors—though I can't quite remember what they were, I can tell you they were all absolutely DELICIOUS. I couldn’t stop happy dancing (my body's way of saying the food was incredible). And that hot sauce? It was fiery but packed with amazing flavor. I cannot recommend this place enough and can’t wait to be back.
