the last few times i have ordered from here, the chicken isnt fried all the way making it taste not as good and when i had it today it tasted a little off like if it's been there for a while.. ik its fast food but ive had better chicken sandwiches 😅 this place used to be really good and this is what i usually get so it just disappoints me that they arent frying them all the way.. plus this is the closest one to my house

Never open on time food is always cold. Customer service is poor and the language barriers are ridiculous. It has to be the worst Wendy’s in Rhode Island. They open at 6 o’clock and it’s 70 one and they’re still not open but got a full crew inside joking and laughing.

The food was cold, poorly served and the staff was not friendly, and rude, they gave me the wrong order and when I returned to ask the very rude cashier, I better left and I will not return, I prefer to go to another store in Massachusetts because there is good service, I actually like Wendy's food.

The employees are super nice most of the time! But i am not sure what’s up with their soda machines. For years, 9 times out of 10, their fountain drinks taste like carbonated water. They need to fix this. I have actually took the time to stand there and taste test multiple different drinks, desperately searching for a good one… but no. I am unsure if it’s a setting that needs to be fixed or if this is their way of trying to save money, but it’s dishonest to sell me a fountain drink that taste like carbonated water.
The food is great but the service in the building is terrible because they never fix the plugs for people who plug in their laptops and such even the people who dig in are real jerks sometimes
Got breakfast there this morning breakfast was horrible got Moldy eggs in my burrito do not recommend there breakfast and will not be buying from here again.
