I literally just pulled off from this location and I wish I asked the woman’s name who ran in the window who I believe is a manager, If you want the most pleasant fast food experience of your life please go to this location. It’s way too often you pull up to a fast food restaurant and I face with just disgusting attitudes and behaviors. This location will literally have you driving off with a smile on your face.

I’m a little disgusted by the ranch my boyfriend pulled out of the bag. None of the ranch was spilt in the bag but it came like this. Must have an infestation somewhere. The manager was understanding and we let him know.

The worst service ever, i went there today 5/3 around 2pm, ordered 3 meals on the kiosk then waited 10 to 15 mins for my cups also watched the guy in the front look lost as could be as the manager was doing the drive threw barking orders at the man for sugar cookies and kevins big order while all the people are waiting and seeing their food just sit there getting cold. Then to top it all off the guy at the front was going to make this other guys food who just came in because he was allergic to everything (no offense allergic guy) until someone said he had to do the orders before the allergic guys order so in the long run by the time i got my food which was about 30 mins after i ordered it, it was already cold.... wendys you need to do better looks like you lost a customer at your cottage st location.

Night shift manager is AWFUL! I EXTREMELY RUDE! Placed an online mobile order and tried to give me someone else’s order through drive thru. I told her I didn’t order that and I got immediate attitude and I was even trying to show her my order nicely on my phone. Dirty looks and the works. I’ve worked in restaurants and fast food and currently in retail, I would be written up for this behavior. Cold fries no extra dressing that I asked for. The only thing correct was the damn soda. If you hate your job so much and working with the public please QUIT.

Good evening. As I approached the Wendy’s in Pawtucket located at 368 Cottage St it was already an awkward moment pulling up to the drive thru. They appeared to be closed at 11:13 even though the hours for this location are until 1AM. The lights of the drive thru was off so there was no visibility of the drive thru lane. The women taking the order was very rude and hostile as she was not taking the order properly. As a paying customer approaching the window the lady began to become more aggressive. She insisted as I was to far from the window, now If she hadn’t try to close your estamblisment earlier than the hours, I would have been able to be in the proper area of the drive thru window. I got out of my car to pay this women and she continued with this ignorance as she tried to close the window and did not want to talk my paying order. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable, I come to support the business and get disrespected.. how so? My order number is #3301 total of $13.35.
After I paid being out of my vehicle some of the team members, recognizing 2 women and one of them having bright red hair and one a person of my culture began to give me the middle finger. This is not the label Wendy’s should carry, there needs to be a better hiring process to these p

This place is absolutely terrible, zero customer service. I wanted the other night for 10 minutes and not a single employee or manager even acknowledged that I wanted to place an order. I refuse to use the kiosk because it takes jobs away from people but to be ignored for 10 minutes until I stormed out is unacceptable. This place needs a complete restaff. Especially the managers.
