They messed up my order. Food was cold didn't get my frostys or sauce or straws. When I got home I noticed all of this. I called and the manager, she was super super super helpful and apologized for the mistakes. She offered to remake everything. I work in the restaurant industry and know people can be so mean and rude and at first I was rude and had to tone it down a notch because things around dinner time can be very hectic. So I apologize to the manager for my rudeness...

Ok so the woman working the window is a sweetheart. I absolutely love her and she is the kindest person. 10/10 would go there just to be treated with respect.
Kid-friendliness: I am mentally challenged, and the person at the drive threw is always the nicest and sweetest to me always.

This Wendy's is in need of a good cleaning the floors were sticky and the rest room was disgusting. The staff were great and the food was like any other Wendy's at least it was hot but the kids work really hard and I appreciate the staff. Low.pay and and scrappy leadership equals exactly what I saw. Thank you to the team members for working with what you got but come on Wendy's get your stuff together ❤️ pay them correct and hire some staff so.they don't...
