I was warned about Pawtucket...but I love the Smithfield location. Ordered the #13 The Lucky. Two...two slices of Turkey for the entire foot long sub. Ordered the #15 The Bulger. Chicken salad was so salty, I had to throw it away. My mouth and tongue are swollen. The delivery driver was pissed off that he had to come inside. I'm at work and unable to leave the building. Totally the opposite at the Smithfield location. I should have known better based on the reviews.

It was ok. I ordered a chicken cutlet sub and the chicken was kind of dry and just little pieces on my sandwich. I also ordered jalapeño poppers and some of them barely even had the cream cheese in it. Kind of on the fence about trying anything else from there but who knows maybe I’ll give them another shot.

Idk what’s up with this place but it’s going downhill fast. The last 3 times I’ve ordered from them they have messed up on something and the mistake was always insane. Ordered a steak and cheese with mayo and mushroom tonight and got a disgusting pizza instead. Called back and got called a liar basically after explaining it was a sub not a pizza. Guy says he’ll fix it. Calls back again to ask again and again we told them what the problem was. Guy says ok we will be there in 10min we will fix it. Guy shows up 30min later and hands me a sandwich that is bacon, cheese and mushroom. It looks gross and this is clearly not an actual sandwich. I’m always a heavy tipper for the drivers as well. Now midnight and I ordered elsewhere and threw away the food. Such a shame because we won’t be ordering from here anymore.

I’ve never rated a place this low but I’ve also never seen someone mess up a roast beef sandwich before. It was like I ordered beef jerky on a sub roll ? why was it cooked like that ? my boyfriend also said his sub was not edible. Our order was 45 minutes late from the delivery projected time. Just order somewhere else! Wise guys in riverside doesn’t disappoint but I will not try a new one again!

Worst service ever made an order 30 minutes ago no one in the place at all dead as a door nail the guy said 20 25 minutes I said ok I come back just to be told there kitchen receipt machine isn't working so he just gave the order and all I get is an I'm sorry sir it's gonna be another half hour how about reimbursement instead that's a you issue when your machine is not working that is not the customers issue

It was unmistakably undercooked, a clear sign that the kitchen staff either lacks attention to detail or simply doesn't care about the food they serve. But the issues didn't stop there; not only was the sandwich undercooked, but it was also cold. This wasn't just a minor inconvenience—it was as if the sandwich had been sitting out for a while, neglected, before it was hastily handed over to me.Moreover, the quality of the preparation suggested that my meal was not made fresh but rather remade or reheated from a previous order. This lack of freshness in a meal is unacceptable, especially from a restaurant that promises quality and satisfaction.This experience was not only disappointing but also a waste of time and money. It's disheartening to see such negligence and lack of pride in the preparation of food. I had expected a basic level of quality and service, but what I got was a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
