i was eating have a good time with my family and all of a sudden I hear, screaming and then groaning about one of their workers coming in, but she was just getting lunch so she leaves so once they heard that she left they all went. I would rather die than have her come into work which left me baffled

Omg, the prices are outrageous, and the upcharge on every little thing! Ordered a 4 dollar cold brew, asked for a small cup of water for my dog, figured at most a quarter, but maybe after 4 bucks for a coffee a free cup of water. Nope, 55 cents. Seriously?? Obv I didn’t get it, found an old, big enough container and filled it in the bathroom. Business like this, it’s a shame. I’ll never return here. And all because they couldn’t do the right thing? Congrats, Richmond Dunkin! You didn’t get the 55 cents, and you’ll never get my business again, small minded, shortsighted business ownership!

Double charged me and got more than what I asked for. Asked for receipt and pointed out the mistake. Nothing was done about this. Basically screwed me. Also food was made with no gloves 🤮

Place the mobile order and they couldn't even get it right all they had to do is read what I wanted and they couldn't even do that right and while I'm sitting there the one who made my drink was talking about it as if it was gross I'm glad this was a one-time stop because I will never go there ever again if I lived in this area
