Kingston Pizza of Richmond

Honestly I used to love this restaurant and their couch potato pizza was always great but I'm tired of getting the wrong thing or have items missing or something not made right. The last couple of times we ordered the couch potato pizza they used the wrong cheese and last time it didn't even have bacon. Every other time we seem to order from here something was wrong or missing. They "owe us" 2 free pizzas but somehow I'm never on the list. I've been to a number of their locations...read full review

We love your pizza and get it whenever we are nearby, ordered tonight (7 July) and your crust seems different, please tell me you didn't change anything and we just got a flat batch. Our favorite order is my wife's pizza add chicken or meatballs. Our son loves the free cheese!

What a disappointment! They have a 25 minute pick up estimate, so I was there on time, paid, and was told they would be out with my food. 20 minutes later I had to go back in and remind the girls at the counter I was still outside waiting. Subs were cold, bread was not fresh, forgot the mushrooms and onions the the steak and cheese!
