Staff are always friendly. The new staff appear to be struggling a little with accuracy and speed. Would love to see old manager and staff return to this shore. I place an app order 5 days a week giving at least 10 mins lead time and lately have been waiting another 10-15 mins on top of that. I have had to leave prior to order being completed so I am not late for work. 20 mins seems excessive for a shaken espresso. At over 6 bucks for a coffee please fill to the top and easy on ice. Sometimes have so much ice in cup I can’t get straw in it and half coffee finished in just a few sips.

5 stars because all the employees are friendly and great. But…. Pleaseee make shaken espressos with the right amount of shots. If I wanted a latte I would order one.

Baristas don’t know what they’re doing, it’s not their fault they’re not properly trained. The food I had was cold because I had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks for one to be made almost right and one completely wrong. Super tense energy from the baristas and customers are frustrated by the wait times, being ignored, and the poor quality of the items sold. Over priced if everything is going to be as mediocre as possible.

Says open at 5. At 6 am all lights are on. Did a mobile order. Buildings locked. No workers in sight. Waited 15 minutes. Ridiculous

All attendants were focused to address the drive through fussiness n we had to wait for about 5 mins Depot being the first inline. It's become super expensive with one tall drink at 8.5$ is atrocious.

Like most Starbucks, the quality is mediocre and sort of overpriced. My cappuccinos are rarely perfect - usually scalding hot, or it comes out like a latte with too much milk. Very little quality control at Starbucks anymore

where is Starbucks ever!!! Workers keep on talking and chatting knowing that there's a long line of the customers waiting for their drinks. Very disorganized as they keep on skipping people. I had to wait 45 minutes for a tall iced Matcha latte and Venti mocha frappe. Two of the workers even spoke to a friend of them who is also a customer not minding the long line in front of them. Had to even ask them to warm up my banana walnut pecan loaf again as it got cold while waiting for my drinks. Our drinks were not even prepared right. Matcha latte was too bitter and my mocha frappe did not taste mocha at all. I am so disgusted and disappointed by the poor service. Worst Starbucks ever!!!!!
