Went to get a coffee watched the employe make a decent sized mess. Where other liquids could or might have entered my cup. So I asked to have it remade cause I have allergies to stuff. The one worker said no problem and understood. But the worker that made the mess said “maybe don’t order ice coffee then” as if it was my fault she slammed the stuff on the counter to have it spill and splash everywhere. So sorry that the possibility of me getting sick effected you so badly..

I rated it the best I could as I do not go to Starbucks! When I was in Desert Storm and Somalia they wouldn't donate to the troops as at that time they didn't believe in doing it. But place was clean and staff polite. Just visited only!
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessible and handicap spots as well
Would give 5 stats but it seems like they train their employees to stare you down for a tip when you use your card. $16/hr and they still expect to be tipped. Kind of ? when you are going through the drive thru.

I usually will not leave a review on any major food chain, but this one in particular blew me away. Not because of the food or drink, but because of the service of one particular guy named Landon Herbert I believe his name was. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted with a warm welcoming smile and hello, and when i ordered (they were extremely busy by the way) he treated my order as if i were the only person in there and got it out within the minute. As i watched he continued that ethic which astounded me. The drinks and food he made were some of the best food i’ve ever had from there EVER. The only reason i will be returning is to see his face once again. He boosted the moral of his coworkers and made the atmosphere a great place to be in. Props to Landon!

I ordered online just about everything was sold out. I get home and what i ordered was missing. I needed to go back and apparently they were sold out of what I paid for and no one told me. They offered a refund after I came back and said someone was supposed to tell me the first time. So not only did I not receive my food, but I wouldn’t have gotten my money back unless I drove back.
