It’s nice and need but not the service I ask if I can use the bathroom since the bathroom was blocked by the chips stand and they say it’s was out of service but then someone else came and when straight to the bathroom and yes was working so for this reason I didn’t like the service

Worst subway in the world to date. Jerks wouldn’t even give me cheese sauce for my pretzel. Since when did it become 18 dollars to eat a grinder at subway anyhow. Definitely will not be visiting Richmond subway again.

The employees were nice enough, but before I could even begin ordering the kids meal that was listed on the menu, I was interrupted and told that the manager does not allow them to make kids meals. That's a major reason we go to Subway and it seemed like a bait and switch when they told us we would have to pay more than the advertised price.

By far one of the best Subway shops I've visited in a long while. The restroom was clean and serviceable which is rare. The staff kept the dining area clean and collected. The freshness of the food was the usual and they were quick yet accurate. Thank you for the experience.
