Nice and cool area for pickup. The food was so fresh and delicious. We got general tsos chicken and it was so good. Pork fried rice was fresh and had a lot of veggies and pork and even scrambled egg. The beef teriyaki was the best I’ve had in a long time. Thick and tender and so delicious. I’d add photos but I ate it too quickly.

just ordered food from China Gourmet in Signal Hill, Ca.. upon entering the restaurant a young man greeted me with a hello. He was pleasent and welcoming. He took my order of mushroom chicken, mixed vegetables and rice with a two order combo. I had BBQ pork, half and half and jalapeño chicken, with two drinks. Returned home and started to dive in! WOW IT WAS AMAZING! The pork was cooked just right, the chicken was extremely delicious and chow mein was actual chow mein and not Top Ramen noodles substitute. my friend who ordered the mushroom chicken and vegetables couldn't stop eating. I've been to numerous fast Chinese food places and none of them have been as good as this place with the quality of food and the amount given. the price was moderate in today's society of price gouging it was $27 and well worth it. if you enjoy Chinese food and really want to get a bang for your buck as well as and enjoyment of flavors in your mouth go to China Gourmet!

Never actually been inside and I like it that way. We order delivery once a month or so and the food almost always comes piping hot and in less time than the text says. The usual American Chinese staples (think orange chicken and beef and broccoli) are solid and the fried rice is one of my favorites.

They are a takeout only place now on their new location. Their prices are ok. Their servings are good and their service is fast. They bring the food out to you once it is ready. They are very friendly and professional. A lot of the time, the owner does the deliveries, and he's always present to help out with anything you need.
