Mei Sing Chinese Restaurant

My first time eating here. I spent $75 on food and ended up with Food poisoning!!! I’ll never order takeout from here again. Just horrible

Four of us stopped here for take out and then decided to eat-in because the dining appeared clean, there was room for us and I thought the 3 teens I was with would enjoy it. Big mistake. Our food was basically wrapped to go. When I noted we were eating in, I was told that since “the pandemic” this is how they serve their food, in take out containers, styrofoam plates, (cheap) plastic utensils, no glasses for water (they sell water bottles), the tables had brown paper towel rolls. I should have known better (than to eat in) because it smelled fishy when I entered the dining area and I could not smell the inviting aroma of Chinese food. One of the teens I was with also commented on the smell, still we sat. The 3 girls said the crab rangoon and sticky wings were good, the dumplings were average, the shrimp fried rice was meh. The shrimp looked steamed and then added to the top of the rice. There was no soy sauce on the table. They did have sauce packets. I recommend this place for take out only. 2 stars for the sticky wings and crab rangoon (as reported by 3 teens). I’m not a fan of crab rangoon, it seemed different at this spot- see pics. I tried one and squeezed out the filling- seemed like too much.

When the guy is in there the food is so fire trust and the beef and broccoli is so good get it

These are some of the most friendly talkative individuals I really like them. For a mom and pop shop they are a staple to dinner on a Wednesday night. Take out kings

I consider myself a Crab Rangoon Connoisseur and Mei Sing has some of the best by far. They are stuffed with filling and always piping hot. The wonton wrapped around the filling is so good. I like to get a side of General Tso’s sauce to dip in - absolute perfection. The staff is always super nice and welcoming. Definitely worth a trip even if just for the Rangoons!

Average Chinese fair service was good food came out timely, meal was ok was not exceptional but not the worst I’ve had either. Middle of the road Chinese would come again if close by

I ordered delivery today, first time and I’m so impressed I had to write a review the day of. We got beef lo mein, crab ragoon and sweet & sour chicken combo with regular lo mein. Fireeeee omg we moved here recently and we have not found a good spot for Chinese food around EP/Riverside so when I took the first bite I told my man THIS IS OUR NEW SPOT! The flavor is great on the lo mein and the delivery service was so nice too, the gentleman came straight to our door. I’m excited to try more menu items!! I didn’t put anything for atmosphere since I didn’t go into the actual restaurant but I’m sure it’s welcoming

Parking is so hassle-free, you can just park and head straight into the store. There’s a wide variety of dishes, and the service is thoughtful too. We’ll definitely come back next time.

The Crab Rangoon is just ok. I had lunch special C23. Too many peppers and a spicy sauce that was not very good. I would never reorder this chicken and shrimp again.

The first time I ordered from here the food was good. The last two times we had to throw the food out. I thought maybe the 2nd time I ordered they were just having a bad night so I gave them a pass. It’s hard to run a restaurant and all restaurants have bad nights. But yesterday I ordered food and again had to throw it away. Cold and zero taste. What didn’t help was that my entire dining room smelled like cigarettes while we tried to eat. The bag it was delivered in (or maybe from the delivery drivers car) smelled like cigarettes. Good luck with the business.
