Fantastic workers, disgusting customers. Everyone that works at this location has always been helpful, kind and as quick as they can be with the volume of orders/customers they have. The attitude and entitlement that I’ve heard from customers in the store or overheard the workers lamenting about is absolutely astonishing and, as a newer resident in the area, disappointing to know that my neighbors can be so rude and cruel. Do better with your attitude over coffee and a donut, life is short go for a walk don’t cry over the color of the crumble on top of your coffee!

Five minutes waiting at the counter for service while clerks were tending drive through customers, I was first of four counter customers waiting, I gave up and rolled out.

Doesn’t spread a plain cream cheese bagel.. I was even about to tip them until I saw they didn’t even spread PLAIN cream cheese Embarrassing and lazy… gave me a side of cream cheese and a butter knife. i know the plain comes in the tubs and that they have a knife to spread it that’s what We Were told to do When I worked at Dunkin unless the customer specifically says on the side…. also, coffee grounds all over the top of my coffee cup Just gross & uncleanly.

This place is a disaster. There were approx. six employees screaming, laughing, kidding around. Place is filthy. My order was simple two medium hot coffees - one came out hot and the other cold. Took over 15 minutes (or better) to get these two simple coffees - there was one person ahead of me, and minimal (maybe three) drive throughs. The coffee tastes like crap, not sure what was done to it. Will NEVER EVER go back there again. Dunkin' you need to do much much better. There are a lot more options for coffee with decent service; I will avail myself of these. HORRIBLE.

Here we go again. I have no idea how a Dunkin can “run out of” beverages at 8:30pm when they close at 9pm. It’s pretty sad that I have to drive to Chepachet’s Dunkin (driving past a closer location to where I live) because they actually are able to make your beverages even a minute before closing and this isn’t the first time..not only that but in the morning the trash bins are always overflowing here and they never let you use the bathroom either. This place either needs to clean house from lazy employees or shut down.
