Very slow service

This place is a disaster. There were approx. six employees screaming, laughing, kidding around. Place is filthy. My order was simple two medium hot coffees - one came out hot and the other cold. Took over 15 minutes (or better) to get these two simple coffees - there was one person ahead of me, and minimal (maybe three) drive throughs. The coffee tastes like crap, not sure what was done to it. Will NEVER EVER go back there again. Dunkin' you need to do much much better. There are a lot more options for coffee with decent service; I will avail myself of these. HORRIBLE.

Here we go again. I have no idea how a Dunkin can “run out of” beverages at 8:30pm when they close at 9pm. It’s pretty sad that I have to drive to Chepachet’s Dunkin (driving past a closer location to where I live) because they actually are able to make your beverages even a minute before closing and this isn’t the first time..not only that but in the morning the trash bins are always overflowing here and they never let you use the bathroom either. This place either needs to clean house from lazy employees or shut down.

Worst dunkin I've ever been too. Extremely dirty and the boss is yelling at employees and we sat in line forever. And then all 3 drinks came out horrible

EXTREMELY long lines in drive thru & inside.... Got back in car & left without ordering. Disappointed 😞

The girls were talking about what they did the night before as one was swearing.its 9am and there’s a huge line behind me as I’m inside..waited about 10 min and no one came to the front or said it will be a minute.,had to go to work so I just left.will never go back

Placed an order for online pick up. Coffee wasn't filled all the way. My daughter ended up wanting a donut too. Waited at the counter with my daughter for 3-4 minutes waiting to order a donut but no one came over. We ended up leaving.

Ordered a plain bagel not toasted with the vegetable cream cheese on it. The young man who was preparing the food didn’t put the cream cheese on it. I brought it to his attention before he put it in the bag. He said we didn’t do that. I explained I’ve been getting that for years. He refused and threw the bag on the counter. I said just give me my money back. He referred me to go back to the order girls. They were so nice that they put the cream cheese on it. No one knows if I have a handicap or issue that inhibits my ability to perform that act. There is no reason why I should have to explain myself. They forget that they are there to preform a service. I spend $30-$40 a week there. Without us the customer they don’t get a paycheck. Too make matters worse there was a police officer at the drive up window and they asked him to come in. We spoke on my way out. I explained that at no time was I disrespectful, vulgar, or threatening. That was very embarrassing and not necessary. I was voicing my displeasure as I have a right to. If they don’t know what they are doing wrong how can they correct it. I made a corporate complaint and am still waiting to hear from the manager. After reading the other reviews I am skeptical on the response. In the end I have a choice and I choose not to go back.
