We had been regular customers at The Black Goose and usually enjoyed our visits. However, during a recent workday late morning, I met a coworker there for breakfast and coffee. After some time, the owner came to our table and told us we could no longer sit there. When we asked why, since we had purchased food and drinks, she said we “could not just take one of her tables.” There were several open tables available, no like at the door, so this was confusing and unnecessary. The owner’s tone and demeanor were unfriendly and unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this interaction has made us reconsider returning.

Black Goose Café is a fantastic spot for breakfast! The menu offers plenty of delicious options, but the Eggs Benedict is hands-down my favorite. It’s consistently cooked to perfection, with a perfect balance of flavors—the hollandaise is rich and velvety, and everything is beautifully plated. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect place to start your day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flavorful and satisfying breakfast!

First time at the Black Goose Cafe and they did not disappoint! Where do I start? The iced chai latte was the best I’ve tried thus far! The food was amazing the panini Margherita was superb! But my favorite was the spanakopita yummm 😋 If you’re in town make sure to stop by this cafe!
