The Boat House offers a lovely atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a nice view of the bay. In addition, there is a covered, heated outdoor dining area.

Had dinner with 4 people Sunday. Everything was fantastic, the scallops were cooked to perfection. Courtney was our waitress and she absolutely killed it. She was on top of it and very laid back. Chef Joe puts out some serious meals ! Love him

The whole whole atmosphere of the boathouse is wonderful quiet very soothing the food the service the delivery everything was excellent. It was my 88th birthday and we had just a wonderful time and my son and daughter-in-law really love the place. Thank you.

Most food items at lunch were excellent. The burger week special burger was outstanding. This restaurant group uses very high quality beef in their burgers but this construction for burger week was one of the best burgers I’ve had. The hall of fame chowder is a must have. The only slight disappointment was the fried fish sandwich served at lunch, a but stingy on he fish.

I’ve always loved the Boathouse and have visited numerous times, which is why I was a bit disappointed with the service during our visit last night—especially given that the restaurant prides itself on the level of service it provides.

Unfortunately, our server was noticeably less attentive than what we’ve experienced in the past. The table was left dirty from the mussels for quite some time, we were barely checked on, and overall it felt as though our presence was more of an inconvenience than welcomed. This was surprising, particularly because it’s known to be a very competitive place to obtain a serving position, which typically reflects high service standards.

That said, the food was excellent, as it always has been. Both of us work in the hospitality industry, so we truly understand how challenging service can be—but that’s also why this experience stood out to us. We’ve unfortunately noticed a gradual decline in service over time, which was disappointing given how much we’ve always enjoyed dining here.

We wanted to share this feedback respectfully, as we genuinely love the restaurant and hope to see it continue to uphold the high standards it’s known for

As always, prompt service at the hostess desk set the tone right away. Timmy B was our server and immediately introduced himself and went over the nightly specials. He’s extremely knowledgeable about both the menu and the wine list, which made ordering easy and enjoyable.

The food was great, and overall it was an excellent dining experience. We’ll definitely be back
