Store hours on Google say you're open til 7 pm. My wife placed an online order for a coffee at 6:35pm. We came to pick it up at 6:40pm and lights were off and doors locked. They were nice enough to let her in and make her order but pretty inconvenient for us to drive around the building trying to figure out what's going on.

I ordered two coffees ahead of time on the Dunkin app. When I walked in a girl wearing glasses who had curly hair making the sandwiches was swearing in front of the customers to her coworker Eric telling them “no one gives a shit.” One of the other employees then asked what I was waiting for after waiting 10 minutes for my to go order. They were extremely rude and me and one other customer in front of me were very uncomfortable. So unprofessional. Do not recommend this location.

In a rush last Sunday, running kids to different sports and accidentally put a pretty large mobile order in at the wrong dunkin. I showed up to this one in Tiverton waiting and waiting and as the staff was trying to figure out why they didn’t have it I realized I put it in at wrong DD. I thanked them apologized and overwhelmed, frustrated and already running late went to walk out knowing I would be even more late or no one was eating. The female staff member said, “no wait I’ll put it together for you, tell me what it was”. She quickly got it together and did not need to do that! Totally appreciated!!!!!!
