I recently moved back to the area and this was my favorite Dunkin two years ago. It has since gone downhill. Not only did I wait in the drive through line for 30 minutes just for an iced coffee, but when I got my coffee it was made incorrectly and tasted burnt. So disappointing.

I ordered a bacon and cheese.No egg on a croissant when I opened it.The cheese was still cold and the bacon was crumbled in burnt. I, Also ordered a hash Browns and I saw the sandwich girl Look at the hash browns , and there was only five. So she only gave me five instead of making a fresh batch for me. I was watching from other Side of counter.Then I asked her, "how many hash browns come in an order" and she said 5 .So i said Why did I get five??? I had to have my sandwich made over with fresh bacon that was hot and gave me a fresh order of hash browns. But No "have a good day", "No sorry about wait". Just a lil toss of a bag on counter. Gotta say Jovonni and register was nice and kindly asked her to make over. He was very pleasant and had a welcoming smile and attitude. Thanks for having my order made over Jovonni.

Stopped at this dunkin early morning at 615am . Got a coffee and donut . All was good, and it didn't take long in drive through 2 car in front of me .5.star that timeThe 2nd time 2 in front of me took 9 mins. I only got 2 donuts, and they only got no star they were hard as a rock . Maybe under staffed or SOMETHING .DID NOT EAT THEM . SO I WASTED 10 MINS AN 4$ .COIN FLIP IF I GO BACK AGAIN . Averaged 3 star .

I don’t know who the owner of this franchise is but, the service is literally the worst in the tristate area. If you go here plan on waiting 45 minutes inside, as they will prioritize “Pick-Up” orders over you at a severity of 100 to 1. Even your employees are unhappy! ? One Business Professional to another, find new leadership.

The staff doesn’t know how to efficiently do anything. They barely can handle drive thru and completely neglect mobile orders which should be the easiest of things. They prioritize walk ins and people who order mobile are stuck just waiting. An hour after ordering and still my things aren’t ready mind you it’s two simple coffees and two donuts not rocket science.

They shortchanged me five dollars went back and they said that on camera but there was no mistake giving I took the money I folded it inside. The receipt came home and it was no five dollars so either she’s keeping the five dollars or she don’t know what she’s doing. I will never go back to that again.
Guys it's a Dunkin donuts. Just get ur coffee and go. If you are looking at reviews of Dunkins before going to one....then I envy your free time. Caramel frozen coffee all the way so damn good. Best way to get early on set diabities.

Every time go there, there is always a problem! This morning, after putting in a mobile order, picking it up 10 minutes later, and then waiting 5 inside (ridiculous!). The woman that was making my food, spilt my coffee all over my bag of food and left it!?? I have a brand new truck and want this all over my interior?? So I, with a broken hand and a cast on, took the time and wiping everything down in front of them. Not one person offered to help… this is the last time I go there for business. I’ll make sure my family doesn’t go there anymore as well!

Tired of this dunkin having to be the closest stop. Always a forever wait inside or out, customer coming in after you've ordered walking out before you with their items theu just ordered, anytime you go here with your "freebies" on your app, your told you cant use it bevause they're experiencing a problem this has been over a month now but yet, our apps are able to be used for anything else. Drinks are never what you order, I mean enough is enough already. Something NEEDS to be done or some of us paying customers are reaching higher up.
