You could not hire a more incompetent crew. Take 5 minutes for a coffee and 15 for a sandwich. Absolutely embarrassing. Hire some real help.

Went here today and ordered a Candy signature latte (with oatmilk) and 2 boston cream donuts ,(used 2 donut rewards) through a walkin mobile order. We went in at 12:40 and waited until 1:20 before we got our order, after asking 2x! Meanwhile other people walked and placed orders which included Boston Cream donuts so there were none left by the time we got our order! My latte was absolutely disgusting and did not have oatmilk! There was no exclusive for the service as there were 4 workers on! Absolutely disappointed in the service here today! After waiting all that time, our order mostly go thrown in the trash!

The worst dunkin, I’ve gone here everyday for the past 2-3 months and they are SLOW. They show 0 care to the drive thru whatsoever! Do they not read these reviews because everyone says the same exact thing? I go here before work in the morning and am always worried that they’ll make me run late because of how slow they are. They really need to change the pace of things. The slowest dunkin i’ve ever been to.

I come here sometimes and ask for a donut with no sprinkles but every single damn time my donuts have sprinkles on them when I specifically say no sprinkles. The staff/employees just genuinely have no care whatsoever as well. Very unfortunate.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in a 50 mile radius! I mean 25 minutes for 2 coffees! Everyone just seems to have one pace and it's SLOW. THERES NO CARE AT ALL. Management could care less. Past year and a half it's been driven to the ground. I'd be embarrassed and ashamed to work/run this establishment.
