Night shift is on amazingly on point when there superstar employee Brandi is there . Amazing service, friendly, accurate, and goes above ,& beyond for the company & customers. Lucky to have her . I'll be definitely going there .

The worst dunkin, I’ve gone here everyday for the past 2-3 months and they are SLOW. They show 0 care to the drive thru whatsoever! Do they not read these reviews because everyone says the same exact thing? I go here before work in the morning and am always worried that they’ll make me run late because of how slow they are. They really need to change the pace of things. The slowest dunkin i’ve ever been to.

I come here sometimes and ask for a donut with no sprinkles but every single damn time my donuts have sprinkles on them when I specifically say no sprinkles. The staff/employees just genuinely have no care whatsoever as well. Very unfortunate.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in a 50 mile radius! I mean 25 minutes for 2 coffees! Everyone just seems to have one pace and it's SLOW. THERES NO CARE AT ALL. Management could care less. Past year and a half it's been driven to the ground. I'd be embarrassed and ashamed to work/run this establishment.

Dunkin' donuts is quick if you need a cup of coffee to get you going for the rest of the afternoon or maybe a little bite to hold you over till you get to dinner.
Just one for a quick breakfast it's Dunkin Donuts at least you know it's going to be somewhat good

I recently moved back to the area and this was my favorite Dunkin two years ago. It has since gone downhill. Not only did I wait in the drive through line for 30 minutes just for an iced coffee, but when I got my coffee it was made incorrectly and tasted burnt. So disappointing.

I ordered a bacon and cheese.No egg on a croissant when I opened it.The cheese was still cold and the bacon was crumbled in burnt. I, Also ordered a hash Browns and I saw the sandwich girl Look at the hash browns , and there was only five. So she only gave me five instead of making a fresh batch for me. I was watching from other Side of counter.Then I asked her, "how many hash browns come in an order" and she said 5 .So i said Why did I get five??? I had to have my sandwich made over with fresh bacon that was hot and gave me a fresh order of hash browns. But No "have a good day", "No sorry about wait". Just a lil toss of a bag on counter. Gotta say Jovonni and register was nice and kindly asked her to make over. He was very pleasant and had a welcoming smile and attitude. Thanks for having my order made over Jovonni.
