moulin rouge is an ok restuarant. for the area, it's one of the few restaurants. imo, the food is well overpriced for the quality. it was good, but for the price, it should have been a lot better. the restaurant is old and dated as far as decor goes. the staff are accommodating and kind. they answer your questions and are knowledgeable.
