This was my first time at Gray's, and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a butterscotch milkshake, and it was delicious. My daughter's enjoyed some chocolate chip and blackberry ice cream. We will definitely visit again.

Went there for ice cream a few days ago, the peach ice cream was OK, it was lacking peaches and way too sweet. Just, ok, nothing special. The real issue here was the doggy dish. My dog got severely sick from eating your doggie dish. I have no idea what you guys put in there, but whatever it is made my dog severely sick. She always gets doggie dishes from other places and never got sick before. She was throwing up all night, and she was very constipated the next morning. She got so sick that she didn't want to even move all day long. I was almost sure I would have to take her to the vet, but she seemed to be a little better today. Never again will I visit that place, they almost killed my dog!!!.

Ice cream is tacky and chewy, I put a piece in the sink I dropped and it melted down to a glue like substance. They use corn syrup in their ice cream and a lot of other artificial ingredients. Establishment isn't very clean nor are they friendly by any means. A lot of handling money while still wearing the same gloves to hand you your ice cream. Only busy due to the location, I don't recommend. Take a drive to Helgers or scenic route to Woods Ice Cream.

My husband and I frequently purchased ice cream from here for years but the last couple of times we went the ice cream was very taffy like and pulled when eating, didn't even have a cold ice cream texture, also a little on the rude side when letting them know my disappointment. WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!

So much fun! The staff were very accommodating with our orders and were extremely friendly. Awesome creamy ice cream with some of the best flavors I’ve ever had!!
One of the worst ice cream’s franchises to exist the workers are extremely rude and don’t know how to even build a ice cream cone properly got my sugar cone over loaded to the point my hands were soaked and one lick it was ALL on the floor told the worker and i got a “it’s not my problem” all that for a over priced ice cream almost $8 for it to be on the floor i do not recommend anyone bothering to even go to the place u less you wanna waste money for ice cream that’s not even that out of this world $8 i can buy a bucket and a box of cones and make 20 ice creams like come on now

Gray's remains one of my favorite ice cream joints. They make all their own ice cream - it's always so thick, creamy, and delicious, not filled with air like some other places and most store-bought. Black raspberry is my favorite!
