I never miss a chance to experience any fresh pasta they have at the farmers markets!!! Unmatched freshness, and the best raviolis I’ve ever had. So many Ravioli options too! My favorites are the smoked mozzarella and basil, and the habanero and cheese. (makes a wonderful gift!) I got to meet Chef Alex, the brains and brawn behind the operation. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly, always taking time to say hi and let me know what genius creation will be coming out of the kitchen next. He’s too cute!

The food is great. So much so that I drive out of my way to stop here.
But be sure to call ahead, to check that they are going to be open and don't rely on what's posted, either online or at the shop: I've been caught out. And today, another couple arrived just as I was leaving, and were also surprised.
To the owner: Totally get that it can be hard to staff. Lots of local small businesses face the same challenges. I left a review though, as it wasn't a one-off and I felt others should be aware, so that they weren't also disappointed. The good news is that if it was just average pasta, it wouldn't matter. But it's not! (Maybe have someone stick a note on the door too if you can.)

Hidden GEM.. The owners are the nicest people and let's talk about the Raviolis..PHENOMENAL..every single kind..Asiago fontina to die for and all the others delicious..and without saying the name, that place on federal hill..these blow those out of the water 💯 percent.. call ahead see what they what they have and they will hold it for you..Awesome place. Fresh pasta is excellent! The lasagna, however, is less than stellar. Not enough layers and gooey consistency.
Such a great secret! If you need to make a lasagna, stop wasting your time cooking the store bought noodles and go for the real thing! The lasagna sheets are so worth it, and leftovers are better the second day because the homemade noodles soak up all the flavors! Five stars for their service too! ✨️ ❤️?

There was a taller fellow working the store by himself, I believe his name started with A. Amos? Antonio? Ansel maybe? Anyways, he was intelligent, generous, and had a great sense of humor. He fulfilled my pasta order to perfection and told me all about his family owned business. Great customer service, I will be coming back! Thank you Angus!
