We love Moulin Rouge. I've been going there for 23 years. Always consistent, always good food and always good service. If you haven't been to Moulin Rouge, be sure you do yourself a favor and get there soon.

Quick and friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Extensive menu. We ordered broiled scallops and baked stuffed shrmp. Both were very good. The french onion soup is delicious.

The staff was attentive and friendly. F&B pricing was reasonable. The beef Wellington was over cooked and the inside of the pastry shell was raw. Very disappointed. I would try them again but not that dish

We are local and had never been.. this is a very tired and dated place. As soon as we sat down, I considered leaving. They had packages of ritz crackers on the table with a scoop of processed cheese... a menu that was reminiscent of the 60s... and bland poorly prepared food. I honestly hate to write this kind of review but I wish I had known because it was not good and was disappointing. I would never ever recommend this place and the decor was also very tired... not good, not delicious.

We hadn't been to this restaurant in years. It is a hidden gem & well known & frequented among locals in RI which has many restaurants to choose from. Our waiter Larry & asst Julie were friendly & attentive. We were served in a timely manner & met the head chef & thanked him for our delicious meals. Their menu is extensive with many French dishes, local seafood and assorted beef entrees. They are known for their delicious prime rib, which I ordered. My husband ordered sea scallops which were prepared perfectly. The creme brûlée was excellent. The wine list had nice selections reasonably priced. White table cloths perk up the nicely appointed historic building. You will not be disappointed!
It was a great night. Celebrating Mother's Day. I had Rack of Lamb! Spectacular, and large portion, cooked to perfection. Thanks to Chef Warren, and his assistants, trained by him. Waiters and waitresses, are all excellent in making your night the best ever. I can't wait for next trip there. Go to Moulin Rouge, for the best experience ever! Thank you , everyone, for your love and care, to make us all happy! ❤️

Waiter forgot our soup and salad for appetizers. Then brought meals and said he would take off bill. We wanted our salad! Poor service!

Having lived in the area for 40 years and in the hospitality industry for 33 years I finally got to dine here. It was a so-so experience. Sat down and waited 10 minutes for the waitress to show up. We almost walked out. Dinner... wife had steak frites...,.fries were DRENCHED in the garlic sauce. A soggy mess. So much for crispy fries. Should have served it on the side. My rack of lamb was good but nothing special. Cooked perfectly and served with mint jelly which is rare. Nice touch. Overall ok experience. I would try again to try the duck. But it will be awhile.
