I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and they gave me a bacon egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. How does that happen this place literally sucks cinnamon raisin is the worst bagel too.

I guess 'lightly toasted' means burnt to them. I was already home when I realized my food was burnt. The coffee sucks too. Better off going to dunkin across the street or the bristol location.

i think the last shred of happiness i've been holding onto would fade away if this place ever closed down. bagels are lit, donuts are premium, coffee is decent and the workers are nice. all while being incredibly affordable. i love coming here.
if I have to go there again, I'm just going to say, I want a coffee and an egg sandwich, let's not waste each other's time asking how I want either, you do you, give me what you think i want. I have never, not one time gotten what I've ordered. I hand her a tip, she took it and turned around. not even a smile.ps fake eggs now like DD, yuck
