i think the last shred of happiness i've been holding onto would fade away if this place ever closed down. bagels are lit, donuts are premium, coffee is decent and the workers are nice. all while being incredibly affordable. i love coming here.

They gave me the wrong coffee and when I called the young lady was rude back to me. No matter what you don’t say to your paying customers “don’t give me an attitude”. Because you made the mistake and you inconvenience the customer. Thank you I’ll be ordering from somewhere else and my friends and family will too.

This location sucks. I asked the girl FOUR times if there were nuts in the carrot cake muffin, each time saying NO. I bought one and later that evening bit into it only to chomp on a nut, in which I have an allergy to. I called Sunday and spoke to another girl, who said that there was no manager on duty to speak with and asked what the problem was. She DID NOT ask for my name or number. She just said she would tell the manager. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A DONUT SHOP AGAIN!!!

Zero stars to the rude and immature staff working here. While waiting at the window I counted at least a dozen F-bombs from the employees. The girl making coffee repeated several times "I hate it here" and then started using the R word which I think is absolutely unprofessional and not needed. Some training is definitely needed or just a new staff. Their behavior and attitude was deplorable.
