Never made it inside. Parked the car and I wanted to look in the cat cafe window. My party was still walking in parking lot. A woman hiding behind a car started screaming and waving her hands. She never asked if we were going to the restaurant. Never used words, just screaming. I didn’t realize you have to put your head down and walk directly to restaurant. So off putting. Get an attendant for your parking lot not some screaming lady across the street. Who would want to go eat there after such a strange encounter.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. We had an event here and we were packed in a room with 3 other parties so tightly you could barely walk between tables. The owner was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional, absolutely unaccommodating and stuck the guests of honor on the outskirts of the party. Our cake table was shoved in a corner next to the bathroom door and coat rack which is absolutely disgusting. When I moved a table slightly so that my disabled mother in law could get by one of the owners came running into the event room yelling at me to not move the tables. The owner got in a screaming match with me with such a bad attitude, she wouldn’t even turn the lights on for me while I was decorating, which we couldn’t use half the decorations bc of the lack of space we were given. Then I heard her talking negatively about me loudly in the main area in front of all the customers. The wait staff was sweet and friendly, the fish was good but the rest of the food was tough, dry and cold. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE RUDE UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE. There’s so many better Portuguese restaurants around the area that are actually friendly and accommodating.

I went to Primavera Restaurant for Ze Amaro event. My friend ordered the tickets over the telephone. We live in Lowell and did not get any tickets. I decided to sit at the bar for a while. The bartender gave me a very hard time and kept asking me, “Where are your tickets”. I tried to explain we never received tickets because we ordered over the telephone the day before. She was extremely rude and made me feel like I was a homeless that was sitting at the bar trying to take advantage of an amazing singer, Who by the way was not amazing! The food was really awful! When they sat us down, they were cold and very unpleasant! I will never go back to this restaurant that has very bad food and very bad service!!
I was taken to lunch there today and was blown away with their food. We ordered, well to be honest my friend ordered for me, their Bacalhau Gomes de Sa-sautéed codfish - meal & the Ameijoas a bulhao pato - appetizer and both were absolutely delicious. On top of that their staff were great and the service was second to none.

Had a 50+ people family event here and there were not enough chairs for our party. Every chair was utilized. We had children sitting on laps to try to accommodate. Not one server cared to add another table to fit our family comfortably. Our server was not well trained, he was bussing soup bowls over my baby. Before main course was served I asked for our food to go as I was already furious. Server took forever to get our take out so we left and had family get our food for us. They skipped out on giving us the fish which we were looking forward too eating and paid for. Worst experience I've ever had here and we've had many family parties here.

Had a family event for 60 people and the server didn't acknowledge that there wasn't enough seating and there was 15 empty tables around us, the staff was unprofessional tell us no that they couldnt be used , and not help full in making this work as there was maybe 63 people and didn't care that there was kids sitting on the adult lap just to fit on tables.... we all won't be returning....
