Food always carefully prepped, served at the perfect temperature. High quality ingredients, great bar, they even had a staff dedicated to polishing every wine glass... spotless! A fun place to spend the evening.
We dine often at the Dory. The atmosphere is very nice and people are having a good time and there is a good variety of people. The hosts are great and Jared is an amazing person. He and Aaron are a great team. We used to think the menu needed more variety (largely because we dined there often) and recently there are lots of dishes being added and rotated which has been great!
