Had a late dinner and drinks with business professionals from the University and while our waitress and service was good, we were unhappy when we learned we received a $20 service charge for our party of 6(six). This is the reason why certain restaurants are in trouble. Assuming a party won't tip is nonsense...will go elsewhere where management doesn't assume patrons won't tip accordingly. The waitress was lovely, the owner should change this policy.

I called on a Monday to get a few pizzas delivered to my sons birthday party on that coming Sunday and they made accomodation's for them to be delivered even when they weren't supposed to be doing deliveries at that time but since it is my sons favorite pizza the really came thru for him!!!!!!

Heard this was the best local pizza. We are new in town. Ordered a pizza for delivery which arrived cold, uncut and flavorless. Really disappointed and hope there is a better choice in town.

Newly renovated. Pizza by the slice bar is outstanding. Great menu for inside dining and cozy bar too. Food was excellent, servers were very pleasant and prices are reasonable. A must visit for Pizza lovers

This place is very solid - the simple pizzas are fantastic NY style. Frequently order the wraps as well and they’re delicious.Only advice to ownership would be to fix the google naming because it’s very confusing since it seems they recently changed ownership.

I have never left a review for any place yet alone a 1 star review but I feel compelled for this place. I am someone who uses coupons frequently and always reads the small text to make sure I’m using it correctly. On the same day I ordered from here I got 46% off my grocery bill. In the mail I received a “Mix and Match get one free” deal. I ordered from the here asked for chicken wings and a pizza and mentioned the coupon to be careful and they said they would honor it when I arrived. Upon arrival after providing them the coupon, I was informed it needed to be the same item twice for the coupon to be valid. I always read the small print, and this is not what the coupon indicated. If it was it could’ve simply said “BOGO”. They offered me ten dollars off instead and I paid it after I explained that is not what I was told on the phone nor what the coupon indicates. Overall, it is a difference of 12 dollars, not a huge deal, but leaves a very bad experience. They should’ve honored what they said on the phone and what the coupon said. For a difference of 12 dollars they lost a customer who was hoping this could be the new pizza place to go.
First off, excellent customer service. I really enjoy talking to the ladies at the counter. Wednesday is $3 a slice day. Any slice, including premium slices. You can't beat it. Did I mention the rewards card? Three for three makes this the best deal in town.
