Bought the 3 bbq ribs for 15 bucks with a teaspoon of slaw at the salute to summer... the ribs were horrible. They were so dry and old they cut your throat from eating them. Yikes! Wish I read the reviews before eating here.
Our company hired this food truck for a corporate event, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They arrived without brisket and served only pulled pork. There was just one young employee working in the truck, and while he handled himself as best as he could, it was clear he had been set up to fail. The issues we experienced were the direct result of poor management and inadequate preparation, not the individual working that day.
The pulled pork ran out quickly, leaving many attendees without food. Once it was gone, the only remaining option offered was fries. While the pork itself had decent flavor, it was served at room temperature, not kept warm, and the portions were subpar at best. Since the food is not prepared fresh on the truck, the lack of planning, insufficient staffing, and absence of proper warming equipment significantly worsened the situation.
For a corporate event, this was a major letdown. The problems stemmed from the way the business is operated and the lack of accountability at the ownership level. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company for catering or large gatherings.
I’d give 0 stars but you can’t. They did a food truck at my job. Absolutely no brisket they was there not even 2 hours and the was out of the only meat they had which was pulled pork. Definitely was no prepared and I feel bad for the poor kid in the truck cause it’s not his fault the owners didn’t have him prepared for the event.
One of the best brisket sandwiches I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try more of your food. A+
We ate every bite of our food and it was delicious. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich, mac n cheese, vegan chili w/ added brisket, loaded brisket fries. Yum!!! Friendly & Great service.
The guy taking the order was very nice. I ate the bbq pulled pork sandwich and hand cut fries with my gf we are both pretty happy with it when I added the bbq sauce .
Nice people working the truck!
This food truck brings a unique flair to our events. Their dishes are not only flavorful but also visually appealing, adding to the overall experience of our guests.
Brisket was excellent. Pulled pork was good. So much meat on the sandwich there was some left over!
Absolutely tasty brisket sandwich! I would have given five stars if it weren’t for the overpricing. $3 for a standard can of soda or a water bottle is excessive.
Just tried this tonight at the salute to summer. I spoke with who I think was the owner about what style of BBQ they did. Being from Memphis I was curious. He didn't seem very educated on BBQ and couldn't tell me. My pulled pork sandwich had way too much fat in it. You should take that unrendered fat out because it gives a terrible mouth feel. I also saw the kid who put my sandwich together pull pork off of my sandwich and put it into his mouth before handing me my sandwich. The mac and cheese was edible, but tasted like frozen mac and cheese that was heated up. Being from a BBQ town I'm usually hesitant to try BBQ up north and this experience definitely didn't help.

The brisket sandwich is so good!!! Had to buy another to take home!!
My wife and I ate at the Binge BBQ food truck at Newport Folk on Saturday evening. We have both had diarrhea for 24 hours. That was our only meal of the day, and after reading the ex-employee's comments about pork sandwiches not being stored adequately, I have zero doubt that our sick stomachs are a result of choosing to eat at Binge BBQ. Of course this ruined our Sunday festival experience. We traveled all the way from Nashville. I can tell you that you won't stay in the BBQ business for long in Tennessee if your product makes people sick. It was also dry and didn't taste good. Beware.
I got a pulled pork sandwich from binge bbq yesterday at a food truck event, it was so disappointing. $15 for a flavorless and dry sandwich.
Very disappointed. I asked about gluten before ordered & was assured I could safely eat. They had tater tots not fries. I again questioned the staff & was told they read the box & it was safe. When I saw then tossing the tots in a seasoning I again asked & was told by who I’m assuming is the owner that I was breaking him with my questions. I only ate about 1/3 of the tots bc I immediately felt off. This was yesterday. I’ve been extremely sick all night now with a horrible migraine & nausea which happens when I’m exposed to gluten. When folks ask about food allergies be honest. If you have allergies avoid Binge BBQ
You just catered my company party today. The food was the best I've ever tasted. Amazing brisket ❤️
