have loved this place since they opened - they are busy because it's so good!!! I don't mind a longer wait or having to order in advance because the food is always quality and the staff are always friendly. this is my go to lunch spot!Wheelchair accessibility: there is a large ramp that heads up toward the restaurant. no automatic door, but there is always staff/people around.

I’m disappointed in the fact I just found out about this place!!! Great food at a great price. If you like to support local businesses, this is the place. I just ordered and ate my food and just was so yummy I had to say something. Everything is 10/10, highly recommended!

Great little mom and pop local eatery. Everyone in my party enjoyed what they ordered. I had the caprese chicken salad, and it was delicious. ??

Awesome sandwiches and smoothies. Great staff. Small dining area inside or on the deck. A place to visit for something different.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options that actually taste really good.

Sandwiches are good, but petite, on the medium- small side. If you come in hungry you'll need more than 1

My smoothie was delicious and decently priced! The staff member helping me was really nice and friendly, and they made my drink very quickly! Can’t wait to come back to try more menu items!

Very vacation type atmosphere having a beach theme away from the beach! Love the food being named after area towns/local topics. I have had the South County sandwich and would have had it again but I needed to try the Shark attack! Both are filling and flavorful. Will have to try the frozen lemonade options next time!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the side of the main entrance that has steps

The flavors in the "Rhode Islandah" are a fine example of the species: very light, fresh, and clear. But maybe don't get one to eat on-the-go: the physical design of the sandwich doesn't work very well for that. A grinder roll sliced part-way through vertically with the meat and cheese tucked in a wide "V" against the bread and large chunks of veggies in the center. Looked great, but many of the veggies fell out as I ate. You're might find yourself surprised with mouthful of just red onion (a vegetable I much prefer sliced to chunked).Parking: The few on-street spots were full on a summer mid-afternoon; the lot for this building also full (it's shared by multiple buildings). Next building's lot had plenty of spots... and plenty of signs warning you you could be towed. There are some larger free parking lots a few minutes' walk away. Best approached on foot or by bicycle?

Whenever we find ourselves in Wakefield, we come have lunch at Cowabunga. The wraps and sandwiches are elevated and delicious and the owner is lovely, busts her butt and does so with a smile. Come grab a Sammy, you won't regret it!

The lunch lady is my favorite. They won't disappoint. You can't go wrong stopping in here for lunch. The owner is also a sweetheart ♥️
