Ordered takeout and they told us it would be 20-25 minutes. We ordered two subs and a slice of cheese pizza. 25 minutes later, my husband went down to pick up our order, and when he walked in to girls behind the counter, we're just standing around and talking. They cashed him out, but they had not even started making our food when he arrived. 50 minutes later and while he sat there while they made the food, and they forgot half of the order that was placed. We live right down the road and when we got home the meatball sub was ice cold with barely any sauce, maybe maybe 2 meatballs and the cheese was not even melted. It was repulsive. I then opened my sub (an Italian) and it was just full of lettuce and no meat and also ice cold. Both subs were also on stale sesame seed roles and not sub rolls. This experience was so gross, unprofessional and honestly I will never give my business here again. Do yourself a favor and do not order any "subs or grinders". You can find better elsewhere. We ended up being the good back and got a refund. Which we have never ever done before. Do better NY Pizza in Wakefield. Management or owners might want to reevaluate what's happening in their establishment.

This place is SO unreliable!!! They say they deliver but they don’t. You order via an app they tell you to, and then they cancel the order. If you manage to get any food from them, it’s terribly greasy. Just not worth the time. Desperately missing Pier pizza. They were great!!!

We ordered pizza and salads to be delivered by DoorDash. The food arrived and there was no dressing with the Greek salads. We called the business and the person on the phone said we didn’t deliver it to you but acknowledged they didn’t put the dressing with the order. We then spoke to a manager who hung up on us. They could only resolve the situation if we lived within walking distance, which we don’t. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall attitude at this business.

I was excited to try this pizza after hearing great things… Unfortunately, I never had the chance. After opening late today (Sunday, 10/29) I waited 30 minutes for two slices of pizza which were never produced and ended up asking for a refund. The very kind young lady working the register was put in the uncomfortable position of having to apologize for her pizza maker, who had seemingly stepped out and not returned for several minutes. Too bad as I was eager to support this establishment.

I wish I could insert a sound file of Etta James singing, "At Last!" Finally true NY style pizza in this area. I've been searching for 11 years! This pizza has great sauce, excellent cheese and a very good, correct-sized and cooked crust. I wish it were slightly more foldable, my slice cracked a little, and had a dash of oil on top. But it is nearly perfect - reminding me of Pugsley's Pizza in the Bronx back in my Fordham days. Hurray!!!
One of the best spots in the state for true NY style pizza! Service is fast and friendly. Can’t recommend trying this place enough! Take a bite of their pizza transplants me back to my childhood in Queens, NY!
