Don't eat here.

Wow, I’m stuffed! I had a mushroom/swiss/egg crepe and an iced spiced chai. Yummy. Both of the ladies that assisted me were helpful and swift. Sitting outside, watching the boats go by, was a treat. I bought a scone for later - my 3 items came to $20. It’s rare for me to eat my entire meal, so I’ll be back.

That being said, I’ve never had a crepe before, so I can’t really evaluate, but it was darn good, and that’s really all that matters to me.

Moved to Warren recently and was so excited to try Cafe Water Street, unfortunately it was a major let down mostly due to the gentleman there, assuming he’s the owner. He has no personality or customer service skills. If you’re impatient when people are ordering, perhaps put a few menus outside they can look at while waiting in line to order. Also they forgot an item we ordered (two muffins) and I had to go in and ask for them twice. They weren’t even that great in the end and the crepes had an insane amount of Nutella in them had to take alot of it off. I would give the food a second shot as they were busy but would never go back to deal with such a rude owner. Also place is so cluttered with stuff I can’t imagine it ever gets cleaned properly.

This place is our go to! We love the whole crew that works there and the owner John is so sweet with our kids. The food is always amazing savory or sweet and it is such a relaxing spot to enjoy time at! Highly recommend stopping by for a coffee. Also, we love how they are open year round!!!!! We even sit on the porch in the snow as it is enclosed and they have heaters!!!!

Cute place along the water. Excellent scones and crepes. Gave a 3 star rating mainly for the older male there… presumably the owner. He was downright rude … does not appear to have any understanding of customer service. He also seemed to treat his staff of teenage girls poorly. One other downside for me… I have extreme allergies to dogs and this place seems to be very dog friendly, which I know many people like. However, when I am sitting somewhere to enjoy food, I am very put off by dogs sitting right next to me shaking their fur and having it flying all over the place.

Small spot with lots of outdoor seating (no indoor seats) right on the water. Came for breakfast on Saturday and had no problem getting a table out back. Very dog-friendly! Had its own parking lot as well.

The food was delicious. A small menu, but the crepes and pastries are great. Service was very friendly.

Blonde teenager working 5/3/25 was rude and unwelcoming, did not even acknowledge us standing there after 10 mins of waiting. We left and took our business elsewhere.

Tiny little cafe that is basically a really nicely built shed, with a little porch that naturally encourages you to enjoy the outdoor waterfront while sipping on a warm drink and a freshly-made crepe. It's the perfect spot to cap off an adventure with a little something sweet. The vanilla chai was satisfying, and the (made to order!) nutella crepe was delicious.

August 4, 12:10 pm. Six of us walk in to this joint. No greeting, no “how are you.” The guy behind the counter (assume he was the owner) made me feel like he was doing me a favor. Walked right out, left and went next door.

Moldy strawberries in the yogurt cup and a fifty minute wait for two crepes. Could have just been a bad day but the lack of apology or surprise at either means it probably isn’t too rare

Beyond disappointing. Waited 45 minutes for the worst dry, cold, least inspired crepes I've ever had and service from... another dimension and not in the good way. We could've gotten a ham sandwich from the deli @ 7-11 and it would've been a million times better. I don't think I've even left a FB review of a restaurant before, but this place deserves an honorable mention. Decent lukewarm coffee, that's it. Great concept for a Cafe, great location, failed execution all around on our visit.
