Moved to Warren recently and was so excited to try Cafe Water Street, unfortunately it was a major let down mostly due to the gentleman there, assuming he’s the owner. He has no personality or customer service skills. If you’re impatient when people are ordering, perhaps put a few menus outside they can look at while waiting in line to order. Also they forgot an item we ordered (two muffins) and I had to go in and ask for them twice. They weren’t even that great in the end...
This place is our go to! We love the whole crew that works there and the owner John is so sweet with our kids. The food is always amazing savory or sweet and it is such a relaxing spot to enjoy time at! Highly recommend stopping by for a coffee. Also, we love how they are open year round!!!!! We even sit on the porch in the snow as it is enclosed and they have heaters!!!!
