Beyond disappointing. Waited 45 minutes for the worst dry, cold, least inspired crepes I've ever had and service from... another dimension and not in the good way. We could've gotten a ham sandwich from the deli @ 7-11 and it would've been a million times better. I came here last summer, and enjoyed a beautiful, refreshing and yet simultaneously deliciously sweet crepe. there's no experience like it. i love cafe water street!!! i live in southern ri but i have driven across all 3 bridges to have a crepe here a couple times now. i love how you can customize your crepe exactly how you prefer and the staff is always very nice and friendly! it’s also right on the water so you can enjoy your crepe, coffee, or whatever else while watching the water and smelling the ocean breeze. 10/10 recommend
