I usually stop at this Dunkin' when I’m visiting my Family. I will encourage to one of your employees to like their job more. Or work making donuts and work behind the scenes. You know who you are . Be appreciative that you have a job and you were hired to be friendly to your customers. I’m sorry if you’re going through a hard time, but we are all taught keep your problems at home.

Just wanted to share an experience that I had on Saturday, September 27th at 4:55pm. I ordered a medium iced coffee with two shots of hazelnut. By mistake, the gentleman who took my order typed in one instead of two. When I pulled up I confirmed that I ordered two and he told the woman while she was making it that it was supposed to be two shots. She said “Too bad, I already made it…”she didn’t. As I am waiting, I see her completely berating this poor kid right in front...

I’m so nice to them and always tip when I leave just to find out that my drink has no vanilla syrups or sugar. Just straight up bitter coffee. I don’t know why it’s so hard to just add what I ask for. I feel so stupid driving away and tasting my drink to find out I tipped them nicely and they gave me a shitty drink. Horrible way to start my day every time. Please emphasis to your employees to follow orders. It’s not even busy when this happens! Just straight up laziness
