Better than expected. Very good food at a reasonable price. Service was very good. Definitely will return and definitely recommend. We had calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and a pasta with seafood dish. Also had creme brûlée for dessert. Best calamari that we've had in a long time from other places.

My wife and I tried Palmer River after the first time didn't go so well. This time was much better we had a reservation and we were seated right away. we ordered and the food came out after a 15 to 20 minute wait, which wasn't bad because they were very busy. the food was very good no complaints, based on this visit we will be back and recommend it to others.

Food and service very good. They have the best butternut squash. The cranberry bread pudding was also delicious- brought half home. It was a little noisy but I think there were older couples talking a little loud (lunch time).

Wonderful food choices. The value was on par with other places in the area. It's best to get there early or I suggest make reservations. There was plenty of help at the time we visited. The rooms are warm and bright and you are not sitting on top of the other quest.

We were late for our reservation unfortunately, stuck in Salve's parents weekend traffic trying to go over the Mt Hope bridge from Newport.. but, when we called stating we'd be 15 minutes late, they accommodated us. We sat in the bar which was fine.. I ordered the beef tips. Just felt the beef was overcooked.. Instead of medium well, maybe medium would be a bit better and not so tough. Service was great and I would definitely go again!

This restaurant is in the old Country Inn. Walk in- you won't believe the WONDERUL updates to the inside! The menu has so many items! Specials are listed as well. Specialty alcoholic beverages arr served. My Summer favorite Blueberry Lemonade Sangria! Just go try the restaurant! You will enjoy!
