Opening late the day after the Big Storm, and Palmer River still delivered! Thrilled to be able to celebrate my birthday with their Baked Stuffed Lobster special, with my favorite PR sides (butternut squash, and fried cauliflower) which was as delicious as it always was. Ellie, our waitress, was delightfully warm, personable and provided us excellent service.  My husband‘s penne with vodka sauce and chicken with so yummy that he used the warm rolls to soak up every drop of the sauce!

The food was good but not outstanding. My dish was luke warm while other people in my party was hot. Waitress was very nice, but it took a while to bring a wine for someone in our party. It was a very busy night when we went.

We went to Palmer River Grille today. We have been going for years. Consistently delicious food!! Today I had Fish Tacos with potato salad. Always good, but exceptional today. Zack was our Server and he was just as exceptional 👏

SCALLOPS...???? My favorite dish here has always been the Scallops Thermidore but recently have noticed that half of what are supposed to be SCALLOPS are really PUNCHED SKATE and NOT real Scallops at all. This when we live 20 minutes from the largest scallop producing fleet in the nation is a real travesty.

So beyond impressed with Palmer River Grill.
Another restaurant really dropped the ball for us today on my mother's birthday, which just happens to be New Year's Eve. Palmer River Grill really saved the day by seating us immediately so we could salvage her birthday lunch. On top of that, despite how busy they were, the food was top-notch; everything came out piping hot and tasted wonderful. The waitress was a delight, and the service was efficient. The atmosphere was beautiful and decorated for the holidays. I honestly don't think the three of us could have been happier. We really want to praise them for a very pleasant experience. They really turned what we thought was going to be a ruined birthday for my mom into a great experience for all. Very very pleased!

My daughter and I see this place when we drive by and tonight we stopped in...and so glad we did. The staff is great and the food was delicious! Her burger was cooked just as she ordered it, which rarely happens at other places and my fried scallop dinner was overflowing with scallops. Even the fries and the coleslaw was perfect! We will definitely be back.

My wife and I travel to Rhode Island occasionally from Mass and discovered this restaurant earlier this year. We were so impressed with the quality of the food, staff and atmosphere that we decided to return a 2nd time for a very special family occasion just yesterday. To our delight, everything was absolutely wonderful! From the outstanding service that we received from Collin (friendly and exceptionally attentive) to the excellent preparation and serving of each and every entree (which spanned steaks, seafood, chicken and pasta dishes). So a huge shout-out to Palmer River Grille for their commitment to quality food, service and a comfortable atmosphere which made our family gathering a memorable one. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Grille very soon.
Great service polite host attentive wait staff. Just took my mom for her birthday as they have a very reasonably priced prime rib cooked to perfection the 3 size options made it even better allowing for just enough not too much i had chicken sorrentini i absolutely recommend i always try a places chicken parm this gave chicken and eggplant my choice of pasta 2 good size pieces of chicken brrsst and eggplant. But all topped off by a very kind birthday celebrated dessert by waitstaff hats off. 10/10 must recommend thankyou.

celebrated my moms 63 birthday staff was very pleasent and acommating food was delicious resonably priced for the fine quality. She was presented with a birthday dessert and candle so pleased 10/10 will recommend. (Only side not was it was a bit loud and busy but it was a saturday night and the quality speaks for its popularity)
