Tried Rhody Roots for the first time since moving to the area and immediately fell in love. Nice people, great casual atmosphere and incredible food. Best poke bowls we’ve ever had and very generous portions. Came back a week later for take out and plan to visit frequently!

Excellent restaurant, the staff were able to accommodate a group of 8 on a short notice on a weekend. Everyone’s food was amazing, and the staff were friendly.
I had a poke bowl with salmon, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potato tempura. It was a nice twist on the typical poke bowl. I look forward to coming here again.

The Mac n cheese was the best I have EVER had. The cheese sauce was delicious. The vegetables perfectly cooked, with the price farina pasta cooked perfectly Al dente this is a gourmet dish. Alexis our server could not have been more caring. Thank you!

Spontaneous lunch with my sister in law yesterday; we grabbed a smash burger and margaritas. Waitress very attentive, asked about allergies right away (none). Eclectic decor, open air and sidewalk tables. Cool that we could watch the kitchen through old windows (four pane) strategically placed around it in the dining room.
THE best burger in town, even the state. All the food is over par. Not to throw shade on our other local spots but best over chomp, blackies ect. The michelin guidline says 1 star worth a stop 2 star worth a detour and 3 star worth the journey, This place gets the 3 star worth the journey. Chef Lou's meticulous care to every order is worth every trip. I travel 46 miles just to get their food to our hungry table and hits every time. A must try in RI local or visiting.

We were craving sushi and a fresh dining adventure. We travel for food—whether it’s a hidden gem, fine dining, or something quirky, so long as the service and flavors deliver. We arrived on a Saturday midday and were seated at a fantastic window table. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. August was the consummate professional: attentive without being overbearing, guiding us through meal choices, and checking in just enough to ensure we had the best experience possible.
The beer list was surprisingly extensive, and my partner’s highlight was the fried pickles, a massive bowl with perfectly crisp batter that clung to every bite. We ordered a mix of sashimi, nigiri, and rolls. The rolls were excellent, the nigiri solid, but the sashimi was a bit disappointing, with the fish coming across limp and soggy.
That said, the setting more than made up for it, hip, a little rough around the edges, and effortlessly comfortable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and would happily return.

This place is great. It’s very easy to make almost anything on the menu vegan. Staff is knowledgeable on the vegan options and can make suggestions. I got the buffalo cauliflower sandwich and it was great! Everything had a lot of flavor. They are also reasonably priced.
