I really like sip and dip but recently they've gotten rid of their chocolate brownies and that kind of upsetted me because I used to get those every single morning and afternoon. They also don't have that many muffin kinds to choose from and they also run out of stuff by the time it's 3 and it kind of upsets me.

Stopped in with my two girls to grab hot cocoa after a chilly outing. The lady was so kind that my girls even noticed it. She treated my kids so nicely and made sure everything was perfect for them. She made my coffee just right as well. It was a wonderful bright spot in our day. If I lived in the area I'd come just for the fabulous service.

721am on 11/24/23, on the phone with my sister, who is there trying to drink some coffee to help with her headache, the workers are screaming and flipping out behind the wall, acting a fool. "721AM"... Too early for that, and so unprofessional! It's disgusting the type of behavior employees have. YOURE A COFFEE SHOP! NO WONDER THERES NO BUSINESS EXCEPT MY SISTER RIGHT NOW! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! MANAGEMENT GET YOUR STAFF IN CHECK!

Has an awful customer service and .is not the lady's fault. No help for her in the morning. There was nothing on the display. Just a sad corn muffin and Portuguese rolls. I was even afraid or ashame to ask for coffee. Lady was overwhelmed with things to do.

Every single time I go here they mess up my order. Wrong drink, wrong bagel, butter instead of cream cheese, egg sandwich instead of bagel, wrong smoothie flavor etc. The coffees are always so watered down with milk and creamer too. I live very close so it's super convenient when I want something quick and on the go but now I actively drive past sip n dip to spend more money and go to dunkin instead. I understand that the masks make it hard to hear but they should be repeating the orders back or have a drive thru prompter to verify the orders and mitigate mistakes.
