Sowams Ciderworks was an incredible experience, we got an in-depth description of their cider making process and were able to try not only some of the tiers that they have for sale, but some of the apples that go into making the cider to help understand how they effect the flavor of each cider! Great experience!
The owner generously opened his business outside of hours to give our college cider class a demonstration. He was very knowledgable and passionate about cider-making and answering all of our questions. He let us sample 4 of his hard ciders and I enjoyed them all. I'd definetly recommend visiting, great product and very charming atmosphere.
Such a great experience and delicious local ciders. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the characteristic of the cider and the apple verities that went into each one.
