It was a great evening, and Haley prepared a fantastic 3-course meal. We started off with a Summer Gazpacho, which was absolutely delicious. That was followed by a Moroccan Spiced Chicken with Dates and Pistachios and brown rice, which was a wonderful blend of Middle Eastern spices and some heat. It was an amazing entree. Our last course was a beautiful, individual Fresh Fruit Tart with Vanilla Cream. It included a perfectly prepared French Pastry Cream. Her culinary skills, delightful sense of humor and how she engaged with us, makes her the perfect chef for any occasion.We are currently thinking about how we can incorporate Haley in some of our future events!
