I am extremely disappointed with the service i receive from this place today. I placed an order for work (about 9 meals) to be delivered around 12. I placed the order at 11 aware that they dont open until 11:30 and they may need extra time to cook since its a larger order. A few minutes after i placed the order the manager who is also the cooks Monday-Friday called me to let me know it might be a little after 12 "between 12 and 12:15" he said. Totally understandable no problem with that at all. We all wait on lunch for the food until about 12:30 rolls around and i decide to call aroogas to check the status of our order. Without allowing me the speak the manager/cook says "i spoke with someone told them i have 4 orders ahead of you people and it would be there late have a nice day good bye" and hung up on me. We then recieved our order around 12:45 and we were missing a meal. I call aroogas to let them know and ask for a refund, they tell me i need to call doordash, i call doordash they tell me i need to call aroogas... its now been an hour of calling back and forth and still no refund. I will NEVER be ordering from this place again. Absolutely awful. Terrible service and snobby manager. Food is great just dont order monday-friday because they clearly cant handle it.

Then I wanted to redeem points on their app and I was told I couldn't bc it wasn't showing up on their end. But clearly said it on my app and I showed them. This was my 3rd time at this location and the first 2 times were so good but tonight ruined it for me.

Went here with a large group on a friday night after kickball. Table of about 15. Oh damn, where to start. Now I am not one for expecting top notch, 5 star service at a pub/bar style restaurant, but when the staff was getting more drinks than the patrons, then yeah I have a problem. To take our order, it was about 15 minutes from when we sat down (mind you the place was dead, with only a few people at the bar). Food and drinks were ordered. Some of their premium drinks were out of ingredients, but it was the end of the night on a Friday so whatever. Well, food takes an INSANE amount of time for essentially wraps and wings. All the food comes at different times, and I mean a noticeable time difference between food being delivered. Once our drinks were dropped off, not one time did they come and ask if we wanted refills or another beer. Whatever. That wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt for staff clearly making drinks and bringing them to the back (the kitchen) quite regularly while our table of about 15 just kinda sat there. It wasnt even possible to have someone come over as everyone was in the back drinking and having a good time. Having worked in restaurants I know working with customers is hard, but we were not demanding at all. And the place was empty so we could have at least gotten somewhat decent service for being a big table.The only pro was the musician playing live music, and he was quite good.Parking: Weird way to get into it depending where you are coming from. You have to go into the plaza next to it and drive through the parking lot. There is no direct entrance in.

Food was salty. My order of chip fries was half of the actual order. I didn't even bother to complain, i just wanted wings and chips that's all. Wings were just salty. Overall, seems a decent place. Will update if i go back.

I called in a order and was told it would be done in 30 minutes, when I arrived 35 minutes later I was told it was not done and waited another 10 minutes when a young man I presume to be the manager said he would check on it. He returned to tell me it would be another 20 minutes I asked how that was possible when I had called it in over a half hour ago, he said that there was no way I had called in the order when I said I did in a condosending tone. When he was presented with the proof of when my call had in fact come in to the store he then had to admit the order was only put in 5 minutes ago when I show up to pick up the order and not when I called in. I was not happy about the mistake but even more upset with this managers attitude, instead of apologizing he got defensive and told me I can have the food for free or keep complaining and get nothing and followed up telling me good luck complaining to anyone higher than him. I left and instead will let everyone know about my experience with this establishment and will never return.

Me and my boyfriend walked in tonight, there was no host in sight, the dinner area said it was “closed due to a private event”, but yet the area was completely empty, chairs were up, TVs were muted and no one was there. I waited for a hostess to seat us in the bar area and no one came to do so. We had to seat ourselves, the bartender had her back to us and did not approach with menus and everyone ignored us. The TVs were so loud I could barely hear anything even my boyfriend right next to me. We decided to leave and order to go. We decided what we wanted outside, I tried to call to place the order. I was on the phone for a minute and a half and no one picked up, it just kept ringing. Mind you, this is 9pm when they closed at 11pm, so they were very much open. I wasn’t sure if the to go ordering on their website would be open/available due to nothing thus far being available, so to be safe we went in and had to order with the bartender again since there was no host in sight. I had to scream over the bar just so she could hear my order. Terrible experience, I will never go back. She tried to get a tip out of me after the fact. No thank you. Don’t recommend. They don’t do their job and don’t take care of their customers or make anything accessible. 0 stars!

Went for a couple of sandwiches and wings and I could have had an awesome steak dinner at a nice place for the money I spent. Got 10 wings and two fairly small pulled pork sandwiches and two sodas and it was over $65. The pulled pork tasted good but was 14.99 and I was not happy with that. To make it worse one of the sides that we chose was macaroni and cheese and unknowing to us cost an extra $3 per plate so that's $18 for a small sandwich and macaroni and cheese that we did not really like. $18 for 10 wings. They weren't even cooked that well and I found out later I could have paid even more to have them cooked more. Unbelievable! I was very disappointed. This was the third time in a row that we had a problem and that will be the last!!! Friday at about 8:00 p.m. I couldn't get in anywhere else that I wanted to go and settled there because it was practically empty. Now I know why!
