Axelrod's Fry Shack Reviews
We were excited to try their food truck. First the cashier was extremely rude. sighed at us when we asked for the cluck sauce on the side (which we never received). i bit into the chicken slider to find it raw. They gave me my money back but after reading the reviews I wish I never went.
Painful going in, painful going out…
Very disappointed with my service last night. I went for the special last night and I’ve had diarrhea ever since. I got recommended by a very close family friend to try this restaurant last night after coming home from a decade long road trip. Axelrod's Fry Shack offers a variety of tasty dishes, including the basic smash burger with Axelrod sauce and fries with cheddar, sour cream, and bacon. The portions are generous, with the fries being described as huge and packed with toppings. The sliders are particularly praised for being incredibly juicy, with one customer stating they are "insanely divine." The food quality is highly praised, especially the flavorful wings and sliders, which some customers believe are better than those at popular chains. While there have been some concerns about cleanliness and slow service, the owner is noted for being polite and accommodating, especially during busy events. There are mentions of kid-friendliness, with the staff quickly offering to prepare to-go orders for parents with young children. Overall, Axelrod's Fry Shack excels in delicious food, particularly the sliders and wings, but could still work on improving service efficiency and maintaining cleanliness standards.
