They dint have any record of our booking and couldn't arrange for a table for us and we had to leave the restaurant. We wanted to speak to the manager and we kept waiting, he never showed up. I love BJs but this was the worst experience I had. I will never go to BJs Warwick. My experience at the North Attleboro location has always been great.
Waited 15 min for the waitress to get our drink order and at that time we submitted our food order as well. Waited 45 min for our food and had to eat quickly due to a time constraint. I asked for a box when she put the food down 10 min later nothing, I paid the check online and grabbed a box from the bar and left. The restaurant was not busy maybe 50% capacity, so I don't know what the issue was but this is the second time in 2 years I have had an experience like this here . Will not be going back to this location.
