Food is really good, atmosphere is very relaxing but the service wasn't the greatest. It was our 2nd time going and we aren't familiar with the menu. Asking questions was apparently annoying It said French fries went with my sandwich, I got a small bag of lays half empty (as they always are). Asked for extra extra on the coffee, tasted like there was no sugar at all. I do love the coffee when made right and will go back. Just hoping they can be a little more friendly the next time we go.

I have been going here fairly regularly since they been open. They have great breakfast sandwiches, ice coffee and ice tea. Never really had any of their lunch menu but between their sandwiches and baked good items there is something for mostly everyone.

My favorite sandwich is the South Jess, my son lover the Awakening, my daughter loves the cinnamon rolls and my wife enjoys their different flavors of ice coffee and either a muffin or the Awakening as well.

Prices are more expensive than Dunkin and Honey Dew and are closer to Starbucks.

Cost $40 for 2 small coffees, 2 underwhelming Panini's, and a side of chips. Which, they forgot so we had to go back through the drive through to get them. For a $13 panini you think it would be really good, but it's was just alright. And for $13 you'd think chips would come with it for free, but no. They were very nice, but I don't know if I will be going back. Too expensive for what they give you.

This is the best coffee house in Rhode Island. I don't know how you could dispute this. It is the largest coffee House in the country from what I understand. There is a very Come & Go atmosphere , So you tend to run into somebody you know and there's also a strong sense of community here. The house blend is very very good, both hot & cold. Sandwiches, especially the Breakfast Sandwiches are great. The peanut butter cookies, the muffins especially the Nutella and the protein balls are all amazing!.
It is very low-key and relaxing. Nobody's pushing you out. If you need to study or just read a book, you're more than welcome too!

Definitely a place to go to all kinds of drinks hot cold sandwiches alcohol you name it. Can get crowed and tables need clearing cleaning, other than that awesome 👌 👏

Why do I keep coming here? Because there are not better options available. I ordered a medium black coffee, and got a parfait. I got the black coffee because I didn't want to stand and wait forever as I walk with a cane. After standing and waiting for 15 minutes, I asked if my order fell through the cracks. It had, and my name was in the system, which seems a bit suspicious? How was it in there when they had no record of my black coffee? She charged me for the coffee and got it, but the attitude was so unwelcome. Every single time I come here I vow never to come back but I keep trying every few months. Shame on me.
