I’ve been here tons of times over the last 5 or 6 years. I like the ambiance even though it’s not a quiet place by any means. The food is delicious.However, whatever coffee brand they use tastes burnt. Please change the brand… and it doesn’t matter if the coffee is with milk and sugar or cappuccino - still tastes burnt.Secondly, they close at 6pm. They used to close much later before COVID. Who is buying alcohol before 6pm?The food is some of the best - and they have a huge variety to fit anyone’s taste buds. Try the Italian fig panini - my fave!

I like the food, coffee is nothing to write home about, but I like the service... UNFORTUNATELY the internet is absolute trash there and I can't work with the slow speed and getting kicked in and out of connection. It's unworkable, and until they improve that I won't be back, it's too bad because I work from home and like to get out of the house. Guess I'll find another spot

Order a hot a coffee and a muffin toasted with butter...Muffin came out with no utensils,then 5 minutes later got my coffee,which was completely cold..I bring it back ,for them to return to me ,they tried to heat hit with steamed milk,yet still cold.....had to bring it back again to wait ten minutes for new brewed pot....didn't eat the muffin because it was cold by the time they got the coffee right...Horrible experience and terrible service

I had never been here and went this morning. It got busy, but it was quiet, and you can bring your laptop and do work because it's not super noisy. One star in every category. Here is why. Beware!1. Expensive, but at least a customer should get what they ordered and paid for, right? It cost me $20 for breakfast and large coffee and when my plate came it was obviously 1 egg and I paid for 3. I had enough so I didn't touch it and asked for my money back as the girl working there tried to argue it was 3 eggs. I got a laugh from it and wish I could post a picture of what I was served. They finally relented as I made it clear I was not going to pay for that ridiculous serving so they told me they would make another single egg for me. Cool. Better. Good gesture but for them to look me in the eye and try to argue what they gave me was my 3 egg kiosk order was absurd. Next: the one egg good gesture comes and it's exactly the same size portion of what they served me originally for my $20 order. I pointed that out to the manager and she right away pretended she was very busy and had to run. What ever happened to good customer service and value? I could have gone to any diner for breakfast in the state and paid less without the stress. These people were good when they first opened but now they have a crowd and stopped caring. I will stop going. (And parking is terrible)
