Never ever do business at this place two weeks ago I did an online order went to pick it up still waited over 20 minutes then dispite the bag saying my order was right it was not made right spoke to the manager and customer service weeks ago still no refund I was promised so if you go to this place you have been warned about how they do business so stay away very shady place thieves stay away far away
Currently sitting at the bar waiting to pay. Bartender has spent the entire hour I have been here talking to her friends. Bar is absolutely disgusting. Floor is COVERED debris and spills. Bar Top looks like a sticky mess. Food was okay. Awful service. Management needs to reel it in.
Walked in wated for 10 min the hostest walked up looked at me didnt say a word turned around and walked away.... wated 10 more minutes and turned around and left... could have at least said please give me one minute

Ordered delivery through the app, 20 pc chicken and a large seasoned fry. Got unseasoned fries and nacho chips? No chicken, the order was even “checked by” someone. How was this checked? On what planet does a 20 piece chicken look like this??? Tried to call 3 times to resolve the issue, no one answers the phones. My to go delivery orders through their app are consistently wrong; whoever packages the orders and whoever checks the orders here does a horrible job and everytime I leave feedback through the app I never receive contact or resolution.

Horrible service we got 1 drink each and didnt even get straws asked for napkins never received our meal, asked for manager waitress never got the manager , another waitress got the manager. Thankfully the manager comped what we actually received.

This is the worst BWW we have ever been to! Honestly I don’t know even where to start. First, the service was terrible. There were 3 or 4 table including us, that’s it. It took over 20min just to get three beers. We ordered tatter tots, and two sets of 30 piece boneless wings. We waited for an hour and everything came out ice cold. Their excuse was because they had to remake a burger. We were told it would take “6 min” to remake the chicken, but we waited 30min instead. We didn’t complain about the food or the terrible service, but we still had to pay the full bill and tip 20% after. About 20min later, we had to make an emergency stop into Target to drop a deuce and cry. Literally the worst experience we’ve had at one of these. Cheers to the shots of Pepto Bismol that we had to drink at home

Horrible experience. Came in from out of town. Met my son and his girlfriend. We waited an hour for an order of wings and a Caesar salad. When the chicken arrived it was cold. Won't be stopping there again

Worst experience in my life, I came in for the Super Bowl event with my family and friends, fist the lady, woman don’t know how to call it because is not a lady with manners, told us that the kitchen was very busy even though there was not to many people in, then I say is ok wee can wait while having a few drinks, than she say can not give us a table, lol, what kind of business is this, after I walked out i decided to ask the manager how it come that in a day like today they were not letting people people seat and he give me

So disappointed. I ordered food online and it was supposed to be ready by 6:00 waited for almost a hour and told 5 order were coming out and mine was not one of them. I also have to wait for them to call me later to get a refund because they could not do it then. Honestly if you’re not capable of taking orders online to fill in orders, then just don’t. I get it you could be short-staffed, but I’ve been to numerous places where they shut off their online ordering for that fact they are not able to fulfilling fulfill in time. My suggestions would work on customer service And staff and more employees. Otherwise, I’m not sure how you could stay in business much longer. I will never order from them again.

Didn’t love our experience. Food was very basic frozen chicken nuggets basically. Also it was very empty and our food still took 30 min to come out. TVs and beer is the only reason to come.

Both times we have gone to this BWW it has taken an hour or more to get our food, . Both times there were seats open in addition to many tables which were empty but not yet cleared. Both times there were plenty of employees in the front but somehow a shortage of waiters. We won't be back to this location, both times we regretted not going to the Red Robin on the other side of the mall.
