been going here for years. it used to be good. seems lately the service is terrible. went here over the weekend and waited an HOUR for our food. many people were waiting at the host stand and to pick up takeout and were clearly frustrated. NEVER saw a manger and maybe saw two servers on a busy saturday. they are in desperate need of help!!! food is really good but nobody wants to wait for an hour. we will happily go somewhere else. they need to do way better.

The chicken is very, very dry, without any taste, the skin is also very hard and not crispy, the taste is very bad, it cannot be swallowed, and I feel nauseous after eating it

Food was good but the hospitality was lacking. Took like over 30 minutes just to get a table , then took another to order. It looked like there wasn’t a lot of people working that day but at least our server was nice , so we didn’t give her a hard time. Once again food was good!

This used to be our favorite date night spot but it has gone so downhill lately. Food is always cold, service is slow and everything is so overpriced. $60 for 2 drinks, 20 wings and an onion ring is absolutely wild especially if it all tastes awful. I don’t think we will be coming back.

How you going to sell 20 wings with large side $20 bucks then drop to 10 wings small side $17? Make it make sense. You need an extra crispy button online so wings stop coming like under cooked sponge.

I placed an online order for my family and me yesterday, which provided a pickup time. I arrived about 15 minutes late, and upon checking in, I was immediately told there was a severe delay and that I would need to wait an additional 30–45 minutes. When I asked if there was any way to get an update on when my order would be ready, I was told no. In total, I ended up waiting 55 minutes once there, which was extremely frustrating—especially since no one followed up with any updates during that time. To me, good customer service means keeping customers informed, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, the food wasn’t even hot, suggesting it had been sitting for some time. I would strongly suggest that management communicate more proactively with customers during delays and consider offering a discount or some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Went with 10 friends Saturday night and had to go to another restaurant because they were under staffed. They told us it was a 2 hour wait, but there wasn't that many people there. Lots of open tables. BWW, Warwick, better figure out their staffing or they'll be oub!
