I had an incredible experience today, largely thanks to Devin, our server. He consistently checked on us, demonstrating an incredible attention to detail that elevated our entire dining experience. His outstanding customer service truly sets this restaurant apart from any other location I've visited, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized for it. I highly recommend this establishment!

To-go service is so poor. There is NEVER anyone at the counter. If there is a host they take your name and never return. Every time i’ve come here they have multiple servers on the floor walking around aimlessly staring at the walls doing everything they can to avoid you. I understand wanting to save labor and not scheduling a togo specialist. If that’s the case then the servers need to be addressing to-go guests. No one wants to wait 40 mins for their food to be cooked then another 20 mins waiting in the lobby to pick it up.

Horrible service, walked in and sat down nobody came to the table for over 10 min. Walked out
Came here for a late night bite and it was great. They were showing various games. Waiter was very attentive and the food was out within reasonable time. My only reason for giving a lower rating on the food is that the wings were overcooked which is very typical of BWW. I hope the cooks are able to work on this. I’ve been to various locations and this is very common.

Unfriendly wait staff . Waiter staring entire time while eating . They all look miserable. Food is just very basic . Nothing special at all. Have eaten here a few times . Will not ever return . Don't waste your money or your precious time.

This is not fault to the person at the desk. It was his first day. He is answering the phone for orders, taking orders from walk-ins and sitting people. I get it have a new person work on a semi less busy time. Still should hopefully have someone to assist if needed.

I’m sorry but tbh this place was totally unfair me and my dad were trying to have a father-daughter night by going out because I just graduated high school by this employee literally was being rude to my dad and I didn’t like it so I told him to leave my dad alone and stop picking on him. Then I told him to stop being mean to customers and it wasn’t fair. Then he told us to wait 15 minutes which was Soooooo unfair why? Because there were barely people at the place. The food was good but I didn’t like the worker treating my father who works for the government like trash.
