Extremely filthy place, with a bad smell, insects, sticky floors, employees wearing dirty clothes, a bathroom that’s unusable, dirty tables, overflowing trash, and terrible customer service.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Absolutely appalling. When I walked in the staff was mocking woman making an order talking about her diabetes and how’s she’s going to die from diabetes. Another staff states that’s one way to go. They continued on and on. One said I would not feed my kids this as he serves a caravan with the mother and children. The vulgar language, even while children are present. Management and all staff members should be fired immediately and general manager Donald should ho under review. They all went outside as I was leaving and tried to fight me while smoking a marijuana like I’m supposed to be scared 😂. Cowards and Donald Mottola has no leadership!!! I’m trained in many effective hand to hand combat tactics just to touch the surface. Sad

My order ended up coming back 2 original chicken sandwich and one whopper jr
Ended up going to McDonald's to have my order done my way

On March 4th 2025 I was very pleased to have such wonderful service from the woman at the drive thru. I work in food service and and how she handled the situation of my order being big and she made sure to give me my order in ample time. As well as that, I was greated with enthusiasm and that's why I choose this burger King. I like it as a treat for my family and this is why we come here for the wonderful service. Thank you!!!

Wait in drive thru for 12min, when I finally get to speaker I wait in silence for another 7min, someone finally speaks and takes my order , I wait at payment window for another 4min , finally get my food, after waiting 24min... and it's a mess....the wait times are consistently outrageous at this location

Ordered a whopper no onions, after a long wait in the drive thru got home and opened it up to find a plain patty on a bun. And because I didn’t get my receipt I can’t even process a complaint online. If you’re gonna charge $15 for a fast food meal, the least you could do is make sure it’s right
