The first mistake was ordering through the app ahead of time- because once they have your money, you'll be stuck waiting in the drive thru for 35 minutes.

The second mistake was leaving the window when they said they had fixed the mistake (no bacon on burgers, no sauces, no pie) and gave us the bag back.

The third mistake was leaving the restaurant after they again claimed to fix that same issue- they did not :).

That's on me for believing people are capable of doing their job in 2025.

The morning crew is a joke. They were being snide, sarcastic, and all around arrogant. I usually only eat at this fast food location out of any other nearby. However that ends now. Never coming here again

They never get the order right! I've given them a few chances. Always missing stuff it completely made wrong. They don't give refunds with they crew up. Very poor customer service. Stay away from this BK huge disappointment

Don't come to this place if you want your food in a timely manner. The food is never hot and they enjoy adding insult to injury by rubbing it in. Not professional but I guess what do you expect.

Ordering from this place is beyond frustrating. Every single time, something is missing. You already work at one of the most simplified jobs out there — yet somehow, you can’t even get that right. Not much hope for the future if accuracy on a basic food order is too much to handle. And these are probably the same people demanding $20 an hour — just to screw up even more. Absolutely pathetic.

There is definitely a lack of management at this location. I decided to dine in and what a disaster. Employees throwing food at each other, yelling, screaming. I suggest not to eat here unless you want a show

Absolutely appalling. When I walked in the staff was mocking woman making an order talking about her diabetes and how’s she’s going to die from diabetes. Another staff states that’s one way to go. They continued on and on. One said I would not feed my kids this as he serves a caravan with the mother and children. The vulgar language, even while children are present. Management and all staff members should be fired immediately and general manager Donald should ho under review. They all went outside as I was leaving and tried to fight me while smoking a marijuana like I’m supposed to be scared 😂. Cowards and Donald Mottola has no leadership!!! I’m trained in many effective hand to hand combat tactics just to touch the surface. Sad
