I got there I ordered my food I got onions on my sandwich when I asked for no onions then I waited 10 minutes to get my other sandwich and it was cold second I went to get soda there's no ice in the machine and then they gave me ice and now there's no CO2 in the machine so I don't think it's a good place for a 11:30 in the morning to get service but I have to say the place was clean

for some reason theres a massive puddle on the floor and the carpet is so soaked that water puddles around your feet and the food was nasty. the onion rings and my friends nuggets were soggy and dark as hell and tasted burnt, im sure they havent changed their fryer oil in ages and my burger tasted miserable and they messed it up

Had a craving for their Impossible Whopper which I’ve enjoyed in the past. I would never write a review on a fast food chain restaurant but what they handed me was so horrible I had to share my experience. The bun was stale and fell apart as soon as I opened up the wrapper. The smell was off and the meatless patty was so hard I had to use a steak knife to cut off a piece. All this for $11. Nope.

Worst experience ever , went last night with a friend dropping him off at his place first the lady informed us they were closing which is fine but we felt rushed and the person taking the order sounded annoyed and told us to pull up which we did , get to the window met by a manager now the manager had a attitude once he opened the window , once the female employee gave me my food they forgot to have something I ordered so I asked for it and she rolled her eyes and closed the window came back with what was forgotten , I work fast food I get we are closing soon but you shouldn’t ever treat customers and rush them like that

Horrible. The crispy royal chicken was not crispy or hot. It was cold and rubbery. The bread was obviously old. Same for the 2whopper meals. Not hot buns old and dry. The fries were also cold. Won’t be returning to this Burger King. They obviously don’t care.

Food was literally less than one star. Not as ordered, not even the soda order was correct. Lackluster staff, and an empty parking lot told the whole story. Go ANYWHERE ELSE! The gas station next door is a good option. Not surprised I didn't get a receipt, makes it difficult to get a response from corporate office.

The lady on front was sorta mean because we had a coupon and she didn’t want to accept it with the vague excuse that she could get fired or wtv (she lied) there was only 3 people working and 2 of them were slow as hell, one of them was high. but then we went to another Burger King and they accepted the coupon ?

I usually don't go for fast food but sometimes it's that kind of day. This was a complete failure. Waiting in line for 20 + minutes for fast food is such a disappointment. I understand that places can get busy, but I didn't even a curtesy, sorry for the wait kind of welcome. The cashier looked at me like I was the problem. Sorry but I did not get it my way and with another restaurant chain opening directly across the street, we'll only time will tell.

Wish I had gone inside. This particular BK has an extremely slow drive thru. Food was ok, but waiting for it was another story.

Waited ten minutes to be served and another 25 for the food only for the food to be cold and made completely wrong, i asked three times for it to be the meal only for the kid named chris to not do that and i just got burgers and chicken fries. if i hadnt just gotten off a 12 hour shift i would’ve went back in but at this point it wasnt even worth it. this place has poor management and completely idiotic staff who are high out of their minds. i will never come to this location again i will go out of my way to go to one that isnt a franchisee because obviously the owner of this establishment doesnt care enough to make sure the management is properly training these pathetic excuse for employees. i work in fast food i know how this goes and i will be telling corporate about this terrible experience.
