This is the SLOWEST and I mean SLOWEST “fast” food place you’ll ever go to.
Even taking the order the woman talks so painfully slow it’s aggravating.
There’s no reason anyone should wait 15 mins for a burger and a fry that they pre ordered online. With 1 car ahead. I never come here for this reason and every time I do I regret it. Wasted an entire lunch

DO NOT come here these people are nuts I was here at 9:50am on July 27, 2025 and the lady working the window refused to give me my card back unless I answered if I want my receipt or not and when she finally did give me my card she threw it at me also refused to give me my food until I told her my name absolutely insane the lady obviously has mental health issues and should not be dealing with people at all cause please avoid this place like the plague

Every single time I go to this BK, there a problem. Food is wrong, my coupon doesn't work becouse they put the code in wrong. THEN they refuse to push the coupon through and give me attuide, becouse I want my coupon that's on the companies app to work.... no one that I've met at this BK this far has been very kind. IF you want fast food their a Mds, Tacobell and Wendy's within blocks of this location

I got there I ordered my food I got onions on my sandwich when I asked for no onions then I waited 10 minutes to get my other sandwich and it was cold second I went to get soda there's no ice in the machine and then they gave me ice and now there's no CO2 in the machine so I don't think it's a good place for a 11:30 in the morning to get service but I have to say the place was clean

for some reason theres a massive puddle on the floor and the carpet is so soaked that water puddles around your feet and the food was nasty. the onion rings and my friends nuggets were soggy and dark as hell and tasted burnt, im sure they havent changed their fryer oil in ages and my burger tasted miserable and they messed it up

Had a craving for their Impossible Whopper which I’ve enjoyed in the past. I would never write a review on a fast food chain restaurant but what they handed me was so horrible I had to share my experience. The bun was stale and fell apart as soon as I opened up the wrapper. The smell was off and the meatless patty was so hard I had to use a steak knife to cut off a piece. All this for $11. Nope.

Worst experience ever , went last night with a friend dropping him off at his place first the lady informed us they were closing which is fine but we felt rushed and the person taking the order sounded annoyed and told us to pull up which we did , get to the window met by a manager now the manager had a attitude once he opened the window , once the female employee gave me my food they forgot to have something I ordered so I asked for it and she rolled her eyes and closed the window came back with what was forgotten , I work fast food I get we are closing soon but you shouldn’t ever treat customers and rush them like that
