Went to the BK Drive Through, took 3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my car at the speaker. Then after repeating my 6 digit code from the AP several times, the lady at the drive thru took order and said I was all set. When I got to window....the supervisor/mgr took my credit card, charged me and then handed me the BK Bag. It did not have all the items I ordered on it. The Ap gave a free item with purchase, aka the code I pre gave at order station but the supervisor/mgr refused to give the complete the order. He charged me but would not give the free item. He argued with me, was not friendly, and then after 7 minutes of back and forth I asked for the Corporate #. He refused at first to give to me or write it down, then told me I could drive around, get out of car, and look on the front door window to get it. Then I told him I wanted a refund and handed the bag of food to him. He said he would not refund after I had paid, said it was against BK Policy. I had not touched or opened any of the sandwiches that were in the bag. It was the WORST BK Experience I ever experience. This guy was had the worst customer service skills Ive ever witnessed or experienced. He then walked away from window and another lady came by who worked there and told me hes going through alot of personal issues. I told her it would have been nice if he was at least as polite as she was. She smiled and I left. I went to comment on the BK Reciept but the receipt had little ink so cannot even see the store # or transaction # so could not report this incident. I hope Corporate BK sees this and address this. I did manage to snap a pic of the BK Manager/Shift Leader guy. #HorribleServiceBaldHillBK

The cashier was extremely polite and pleasant his name is Jonathan. I was having kind of a bad day and his customer service skills cheered me up and made me smile. Plus the food was good and Fresh. Thank Jonathan hopefully you get promoted so you can train all staff to be as nice as you!!

I usually stop in at least once a week at drive thru and 3 times now, my drink is not what I asked for. I ordered coke but got dr pepper! I went in and the lady kept arguing with me that they don't have dr pepper but once she finally fixed it, it was perfect! Why do they always argue with people. I would not have turned around to come back if I was not right!!

So sad, the worker was nice but I never got my crispy chicken wraps and the dragon motz fries were old, dry, like it was twice fried and crusty, light ice drink was right and got the rest. Disappointed and its to late at night to drive back

Horrible service, took forever for a basic order. Staff was arguing and cursing the entire time as I stood there waiting 30 minutes. Then the lady insulted me as I left.

Went last night to get some food. Nobody in line yet we were asked to pull up to the front and wait for the food. We waited about 20 mins and got the food. When we got home everything was made wrong. Fries were old and cold. Then today I was viciously sick with food poisoning. No amount of money can ever make me step foot in this establishment ever again. In fact it’ll be a long time before I eat any burger again after this.

Awful experience so slow 5 cars deep in the drive through no one even taking orders if I hadn't paid for mobile order I wouldn't be waiting there's two lanes for drive up but only letting one person at a time order not taking next order till the first gets it's food

I went to the Burger King at 10:10 Baldhill Rd., Warwick, RI to wait 25 minutes in a drive-through and then another 15 minutes inside the lady in the front with the red hair. I do not know her name was very unorganized made many excuses. Had trouble multitasking And other employees that were sending food outside, Two customers lack enthusiasm customer started to leave line and then heard the lady with the red hair that works there. Say they’re starting to drive off. They’ve been sitting there for 12 minutes. They’ve been there a long time. I don’t know don’t care that’s not the leader ship that I wanted to see at this Burger King. I don’t work with a very good location and thought the owner. There would be much more involved with their crew to know how they’re acting people deserve fast food when they show up they should be granted with that fast food that’s hot delicious and go down smoothly. We should be presented with angry faces a long wait in line 24 minutes be exact and another 15 inside with roof faces route attitudes and slow service so thank you for listening. I hope you address this matter in the end very fast because wow not very pleased. Thank you and have a nice day.

Very slow, they don’t have enough employees. They need more and a manager who makes them work faster, it takes me 30 minutes to pick up my order.

Manager had a Pen hanging out of her back pocket, as the employees run around the back looking for someone that knows how to navigate the Burger King menu.

Employees are undertrained and nobody here who actually cooks the food has a ServSafe Certification.

I dont come here often but when I do it's always 30 minutes for food and they always mess up the order etc..plus store is always filthy definitely needs an upgrade in atmosphere and employees
