Ordered a Whopper Jr. through the drive through. They asked me several times if I wanted bacon or cheese, I finally said all I wanted was a plain whopper Jr. with no extra stuff. After I drove away I discovered they gave me a plain hamburger! When I went back to get the sandwich I paid for, the manager tried to tell me IT WAS a plain Whopper Jr... When I tried to get a refund after she insisted a plain hamburger was what I had ordered, she said they do not give refunds! I will NEVER eat here again, would give ZERO STARS if it were an option.

Stopped in a few times, food was never a good temp. The final straw was ordering the spongebob meals and spending $42, when I got the food it was basically fridge temp. Support offered a $5 coupon as an apology.

Me and my family spend 82 dollars on new meal on SpongeBob meal it wasn’t worth the 82 dollars the drink it came with it was nasty and the pie wasn’t even look like a pie also the burger was gross with yellow food color

Had a coupon got a whopper meal . Got home ate half my burger when I felt something sharp . Something sliced the roof of my mouth . An inch long slice . Bled . Had to rinse my mouth with peroxide.
Left messages because not one person answered the phone left a message for corporate no one returned my call . Disgusting that I was injured eating a burger , still don’t know what was in it . And these ignorant people can’t be bothered to respond . Pissed off

Omg avoid this place!!!! 18 minutes from speaking to drive thru to getting 2 double cheeseburgers. Pathetic. Same review from everyone.
Dependable fast food that the kids enjoy at reasonable prices.
The level of competency at the window is seriously lacking — it shouldn’t take this long to place and receive such a simple order. The line moves painfully slow, and the staff don’t seem organized or attentive to customers waiting outside. Cars get skipped on from ordering between the two lanes. A drive-through is supposed to be about convenience, but this experience was anything but. Management really needs to address training and efficiency, because this kind of service is unacceptable.

Ive come here a couple times thinking I may be coming at a wrong time or whatever but nope this place is absolutely horrible everytime I came by and ordered food. There is this rude almost bald guy in the drive through with tattoos gave me my food and i was still at the window and asked him I never received my drink, let me remind you i ordered like a meal combo and like some cheddar bites THAT IS ALL. I had also asked if I could get a sauce he goes WHAT ?!?! as if i asked for a million dollars. Its not like the place was busy inside or the drive thru and he was rushing me out of there almost so I could get out his face. From the food down to my soda had this awful taste i cannot describe. I can tell it was definitely nothing good and it is likely filth because everything about what i ordered tasted absolutely horrible. Not sure if this place is CLEANING their soda machines and caps individually nor do i think they change their fryer oils because honestly when my mom ordered some food from here she had the same experience. She mentioned how this definitely DID NOT taste like BK. I have worked and managed plenty of restaurants for yeaarss and I can tell you from the taste of the food down to their drinks this place is not clean. I will be calling and writing a letter to the health department because it is an absolute shame a bunch of filthy employees who take no pride in cleaning the place or changing frier oils can still be open for business. Absolute disgrace, please do yourself a solid and do not come here and save your money. -0/ 10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANNA GET SICK.

Went to the BK Drive Through, took 3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my car at the speaker. Then after repeating my 6 digit code from the AP several times, the lady at the drive thru took order and said I was all set. When I got to window....the supervisor/mgr took my credit card, charged me and then handed me the BK Bag. It did not have all the items I ordered on it. The Ap gave a free item with purchase, aka the code I pre gave at order station but the supervisor/mgr refused to give the complete the order. He charged me but would not give the free item. He argued with me, was not friendly, and then after 7 minutes of back and forth I asked for the Corporate #. He refused at first to give to me or write it down, then told me I could drive around, get out of car, and look on the front door window to get it. Then I told him I wanted a refund and handed the bag of food to him. He said he would not refund after I had paid, said it was against BK Policy. I had not touched or opened any of the sandwiches that were in the bag. It was the WORST BK Experience I ever experience. This guy was had the worst customer service skills Ive ever witnessed or experienced. He then walked away from window and another lady came by who worked there and told me hes going through alot of personal issues. I told her it would have been nice if he was at least as polite as she was. She smiled and I left. I went to comment on the BK Reciept but the receipt had little ink so cannot even see the store # or transaction # so could not report this incident. I hope Corporate BK sees this and address this. I did manage to snap a pic of the BK Manager/Shift Leader guy. #HorribleServiceBaldHillBK

My daughter and I ordered door dash tonight. I got the Whopper meal with the chocolate Oreo shake and onion rings. I ordered the Hershey Pie and never received the pie. I know things get a bit hectic and all, but this has happened one of the other times I have ordered

7.00 Whoppers are not from me that said I joined Walmart's free delivery service and I got a week of free Whoppers when I spent a dollar and then I got another week of buy one get one free on a Whopper and once a quarter I get a free Whopper that's a lot of Whoppers I didn't take advantage of them all thank God I'd be dead but 7 bucks for a Whopper is a bit much it also feels like Burger King is getting outmoded and it feels like 50 years from now they might not be around anymore

The cashier was extremely polite and pleasant his name is Jonathan. I was having kind of a bad day and his customer service skills cheered me up and made me smile. Plus the food was good and Fresh. Thank Jonathan hopefully you get promoted so you can train all staff to be as nice as you!!

I usually stop in at least once a week at drive thru and 3 times now, my drink is not what I asked for. I ordered coke but got dr pepper! I went in and the lady kept arguing with me that they don't have dr pepper but once she finally fixed it, it was perfect! Why do they always argue with people. I would not have turned around to come back if I was not right!!
