The food lacked the quality in taste and portion size for the money. We waited for the Waite staff longer than expected. It was not a busy night at all.

We decided to go to Carrabba’s for an early dinner this past Saturday and it was overall a great experience, which is what we have came to expect. To start off they did not have the drink I had asked for and right away our waiter offered us a free desert for the inconvenience, which it wasn’t a big deal at all, but that was very nice of her, and she didn’t have to do that. I got Chicken Alfredo and it was very good and she got Mezzaluna ravioli which was awesome as well. It was another great experience for the both of us. Our waiter was Kayla R, and she was nothing short of an absolute delight, extremely friendly, very helpful, and exceptionally polite.

The service was very good but the past was very poor on shrimp and mushrooms.
I was very disappointed.

My husband and I love your restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is always great! I would like to also let you know that our waitress Leah was fantastic. She was kind, personable and attentive. We will definitely be asking for her again!

We went yesterday and when we walked in Kayla greeted us and welcomed us in, we had her 4 months ago as a waitress and we loved her, she was very attentive and a great personality. We had Leah as our waitress this time, she was very pleasant and very attentive, Kayla came to check on us to make sure we were all good. We will definitely be back , the four of us love Carrabba's and we love how everyone treats us. It was my daughters birthday and they brought her out a piece of canolli cake.

We went tonight, 4 of us and we had Kayla R as our waitress, she was very pleasant , good sense of humor and very attentive, she treated us like family, we will definitely be back and hope to get her again to take care of us. The food was delicious also. We all enjoyed our meal.

I went with my girlfriends on Wednesday night to the wine dinner, it was absolutely fantastic! The filet was cooked perfectly and it melted in your mouth. Can we talk about the lemon bread pudding???? Omg I would have skipped all the courses and four pieces of that instead lol! Great service! Loved it!

They served me the grossest pasta I’ve ever seen here’s what it looked like attached. Also the salad was three leaves legit. This place is a rip. Also both of these cost a total of 28 dollars.

Cindy was wonderful and really wanted to make us feel welcome, lovely personality and genuinely tried to connect. Please give her the proper shout out she deserves because she is a gem.

The food is typically wonderful and delicious. However, this time it just wasn’t up to standard and some of it was sent back due to it being overly tough (chicken) to cut even with a steak knife. Cindy was genuinely curious to figure out the issue and wanted to provide a solution which really saved it all.

Will be back but will not suggest ordering the steak on special (tough as well, even when ordered rare, due to ligaments). Really do love this place as at late afternoon is always a great time to get in and get seated quickly.

If you do go here, please treat yourself, even if you are one person, GET THE CANNOLI CAKE.- you won’t regret it.

Tl:dr - Cindy is awesome and so is the cannoli cake. Additionally the speed of remake was quick but sometimes we all have not the best days and the food just isn’t right. We will be back to complete trying everything on the menu. Thank you Cindy for wonderful and kind service with a positive attitude and a smile.
