Unfortunately, the meal was extremely disappointing—the sandwich was bland and lacked seasoning, and the fries were cold and tasted old. Initially, I requested a kids’ boneless meal but was told it was unavailable. Moments later, I was informed there were four left, yet the ones I received were clearly old and not fresh. I then requested tenders, but was told those were unavailable as well. I asked for a refund, and the staff assured me it was processed back to my card. However, the refund never posted to my account. To make matters worse, the restaurant was out of receipt paper, leaving me with no proof of the transaction. Please review this matter and ensure my refund is issued promptly. I would also appreciate a follow-up regarding the quality concerns I experienced during my visit.

For months my food hasn'tbeen the best quailty. I work at the mall and there's not many food options, so I often get Charleys. Half the time, my order is made wrong, even after explaining, or just straight up stale right after being bagged and handed to me. I was willing to just suck it up and eat the stale fries until I've noticed that when all my male coworkers get their food and specifically their fries, they always tend to be fresh. Trying their fries and comparing it to the fries I have received, there is a NOTICEABLE difference. Especially since I eat them right after being handed them where as my male coworkers don't eat them right away. It's hard to not come to the conclusion that they may be bias. I've noticed the stark difference in food quality between genders has been going on for months now. Not sure what's going on, but it's been too consistent for too long for it to "just be a coincidence."
