Had a great time our waiter was fantastic, high energetic, sweet, and super helpful when it came to picking out items on the menu. I'm not sure of his name but I do remember walking in and and taking a right and sitting at a booth. I had the New veggie burger I really hope you keep that burger on the menu it was smacks!!! My husband had the smokehouse platter definitely a mans meal. We went all out had appetizers, the staff did the birthday song and dance these kids were great they deserve a raise or at least staff appreciation day. We are definitely coming back , and we want the same section as before.

3-11-2025 I tried to eat at chili’s and have a few drinks, no one came to serve me, this one big big girl who is clearly a waitress just keeps looking my way 🤢 knowing that I was in her area to be served and didn’t even say anything or helped me, she is a bad person

3-12-2025 just tried to have fun with my wife and waited 45 minutes and didn’t even get any service, I asked 5 times and they said someone will be right with you. I hate the staff there something needs to be done about the poor service and very bad attitude they have there

If I could give 0 stars I would but google forces at least one. But if you’d like to waste an hour of your Saturday night waiting to be seated after being told a 15 minute wait, only to be told by the sweaty manager that it would be another 15-20 minutes after you already waited 45 minutes, this is the place for you! Not a single sorry for the inconvenience. Just the manager dripping sweat in front of us, showing no remorse for a party of 7 people waiting an hour over their told wait time (including an infant and 2 kids). So glad we wasted a Saturday night at this place.

Put our name in for a party of 7 this evening at 5:58pm and we were told 15 mins. After 30 mins we were told they were cleaning a table for us and that we would be sat shortly. 20 mins later we still hadn’t been sat and when I asked what was going on, I was told it was gonna be another 15 to 20 minutes because the kitchen was “backed up”. I asked to speak to the manager as we had now been waiting for an hour with three young kids and this manager dripping sweat came up to us, did not give us a single apology and told us he can sit us at a table but that we’d be “sitting there for 15/20 mins before a waiter would even Come to our table.”. I told him just to remove our name from the list and he said OK and walked away. Not one singular apology for us standing there waiting for an hour with an infant and toddler after being told 15 mins max. Huge waste of a Saturday night.

We tried a few new menu items that were really good. There are lots of lunch options that are smaller and lighter or that offer options to try 2 things - really affordable, too. Service was good. Atmosphere...untouched by time 😆

My husband and I went to Chili's for the first time in several years (last time was when I was pregnant and cried because "the nachos don't look like nachos " 😂).
The server opened by asking if we would like chips and salsa, which we thought were complimentary based on the language used. We chalked the charge up to the fact that she was a slick/good server. My drink had a slight chemical flavor. The food came shortly after and was pretty tasty. We both enjoyed our meals.
There was a pretty significant issue with our experience that was quickly resolved and compensated appropriately. Overall, a decent experience, but I'm not sure we'll be returning anytime soon.
