Possibly the best Chilis in the country. Was in the area for business and stopped by for a quick lunch. Was greeted immediately and I sat at the bar. I always get the fajita trio when I go to Chilis. The food was absolutely delicious! The staff very friendly and the store very clean (bathrooms as well). Didn’t feel like a chain restaurant gave local nice vibes. Highly recommend.

They have fajitas that sizzle when they're bringing it to the table. Truly we are living in the greatest times. Don't read the news, it will just make you sad. Listen for that sweet fajita sizzle instead. It's distilled joy.

We had a reservation for 6:30 on a Tuesday and we went in to secure out reservation and they told us that we could sit back to back for a party of 11 instead of at a long table all facing each other. They offer a 10 minute wait for the long table and I requested they call the number on file as soon as it was ready because my whole party was outside waiting, she assured me that she would call as soon as it was ready. We walked back in after 15 minutes of waiting outside to check and said they had seated a walk in party instead of our party because they apparently ā€œdon’t take reservationsā€ even though we called in the morning and received a confirmation text for the reservation. Point is they ignore reservations and do not communicate with their customers or either own team members because the manager also had no clue they even had a reservation for tonight.

Made a reservation for a big party as a courtesy to the team members. I called early morning and confirmed they’d take us as a reservation, and even got text confirmation. We arrived on time and were told it would be 10 mins. Waited 30 minutes and we went to check in again and we were told they took walk in as priorities over our reservation. So we waited while no one communicated anything to us. Then were told we’d have another 30 minute wait. Don’t bother making reservations. They don’t care. Ruined a birthday dinner

I want to thank my waitress Nicole she was such a pleasure with a great smile and laugh. I went for a nice lunch. It was to hot to be outside. Nicole was very helpful on advising drinks they offer and appetizers. The choices were wonderful. She put the chill in chilis on this hot day.

Nicole was a great server. She explained in detail items in products that I could not have because of allergies. Nicole made sure everything was correct. Nicole reviewed everything and made sure was correct with being placed on table. She deserves more than 5 stars. Nicole was also cleaning under tables and making sure to keep it clean. I also seen a wonderful busser Luis cleaning and making sure to keep the restaurant clean. The manners of this young gentlemen was so wonderful. He asked if we needed anything removed. The service these two employees gave tonight was beyond what I expected. These two employees deserve recognition and an award.

I came here on Friday afternoon with my husband. Before even looking at the menus, our server asked if we wanted some chips and salsa so we assumed it was complimentary like how some restaurants offer bread with butter. She never said anything about a price.

Between two frozen margaritas that didn't even fill the glass and the surprise $6.59 fee for crumbled chips and watered down salsa, our bill was $34.12 before tip.

For the prices they charge, you're much better off going somewhere with quality food. I wasn't a fan of the lack of our server's transparency so we decided to cash out and go elsewhere for dinner and drinks.

My server was amazing I unfortunately didn't catch his name. I could tell that everyone working there was super busy and they were all running around doing something. There was a guy, I don't know if he was the manager or what, but he was running around screaming at all of the workers instead of helping them out. I was there for an hour and heard him yell at them three different times. Not professional at all. Be nice to your workers especially when they are clearly doing their best.

We were seated quickly and had a wonderful waitress named Jessica. Better service than I’ve experienced in 5 star restaurants. The food is above average but she made our dinner great. Please give this young lady some appreciation. Ty
