My fiance went in and ordered 3 bowls.. came home we were starting to eat and there was a BUG in my food.. after I took my first bite, I then noticed it moving in my food. I was so grossed out. It was disgusting and disappointing. Extremely unhappy as Chipotle has always been my favorite. I will not eat there anymore. He is on the way to return it and who knows if they will even give him our money back. 🙄🤮

My husband and I have been frequent visitors of this location for a long time. Had a few issues when placing online orders early on in the pandemic when you could not order inside. I brought it to their attention and they fixed it with no questions.
We stopped today to order and my husband ordered 2 burritos with brown rice and the employee literally put 1/4 spoonful on each one. Ok fine... the rice is kind of a filler. Then he asks for the carne asada and the employee...read full review
