Absolutely disgusting. Trash overflowing, beans a ll dried and crusted to the containers. All the sauces cross-contaminated with eachother. Hard pass.

2p on a Tuesday. Place is clean, has a modern look/feel, cool ambient music on the speakers. Hip vibe and was empty. Some tables needed wiping down. Service was very friendly and fast. All food items in my bowl were cold. Tasty but cold. I was hoping the rice and Carne Asada steak would be hot, however not the case AT ALL. Booooo! Whatta shame...the red chimichurri is yummy. Do better, Chipotle!

All the cartilage in the chicken now comes with a karaoke show from a mid weight brunette employee while you try to order your meal. With even a special dance performance encouraging even coworkers to feel as uncomfortable as the hungry burrito patrons. All the while the online orders scream for the attention this employee so forcibly desires.

I love this location, the staff are friendly, they keep the line moving, and they keep the ingredients bins well stocked.

To the managers and staff please keep up the nice work, I look forward to my next visit.

Walked in at 9:58 food wrapped up and unable to get a burrito. Better to say they close at ten. Spraying cleaning supplies all over the food blatantly. Update 10 mins later. Just pulled out of taco bell. Steak grilled cheese burrito in hand.

Went in at 6pm on a Saturday and they did not have any chips, was told they were online only. They also had a whole bin of made chips, just not bagged, we were still told could not get any chips.

They do not make the guacamole well at this location. I don’t know if they don’t mash it or blend it properly but it’s always full of giant chunks of avocado. You can barely even eat it with chips. There was also an avocado core or seed whatever it’s called in my guacamole and I almost choked. They’re lucky I don’t file a lawsuit.

The young woman "helping" me at the counter had two earbuds in and was deep into an entire conversation for my whole order. She had to keep having me repeat myself because the person on the other side of her earbuds kept talking to her. I know I'm not going to be bowled over with fast food service, but this was truly appallingly rude. Then, to make matters worse, they DO NOT answer the phone. I didn't want to make a scene about the awful earbuds girl in the middle of the restaurant, but I did want to let the manager know so there could be some coaching of her awful behavior. After HOURS of trying, I finally reached a very friendly shift leader who took down my information so her manager could apparently ignore it completely because I never heard from them. Absolutely awful. Stay away.

Dined in, my chicken burrito bowl was good, lemonade from the fountain was good, staff was friendly, the place was clean. It was mid-afternoon, not a busy time

Focused too much on speed. Rushed me though my order had no time to think about what I want. Goes to put stuff in before I even ask for it. Overall messy and unprofessional.
