Manager or shift leader or someone was clearly in a bad mood. Rude and frantic at the register. Talked to his employees like crap. They were all clearly aggravated and having trouble. We sat and ate, were there maybe 10 minutes when he came up to us and said the dining room closed at 10:30 (it was 10:33) I said no big deal, we can be gone in a couple seconds, just had to pack the food up. He walked away, said whatever out loud about 5 feet from me, I told him I was confused why he was mad, as I was trying to be nice to him about it. He then accused my cousin (who wasn’t) of being intoxicated, tried to fight him and told him to get out. Altogether a weird experience. Not sure why he escalated the way he did but definitely don’t recommend this location considering what happened 😂 would appreciate if corporate would reach out considering I couldn’t find a number but either way maybe just stay clear

I can say I had a good experience here. Just left the gym and walked into Chipotle, ordered a carne asada bowl and as she was putting my veggies on (near the end) I asked if she can add a scoop of chicken. She didn’t mind doing that, which I was very thankful for because she was doing two bowls at the same time because I ordered a pork bowl as well. My go to post gym meal!

The chips I ordered were not normally as good, they dirt have enough salt like before, their new protein was too chewy and gross. Other than that love the place, service was impeccable the people were outstanding, the overall place was very nice and sleek.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been coming here since they first opened- faithfully! The service has always been poor! Slow and GHETTO to say the least! But it’s near and convenient. The employees talking loud, singing, and dancing while sweeping/ mopping in the back. Today was an entire different story. I went with my son around 7pm because I’m on keto and this makes an exceptional option for keto dieters. I had my son go first and he ordered a burrito. He asked for steak and I kid you not, he tapped the heck out of the spoon so hard ensuring he gave us the minimal amount of meat! Who would do that to a child? My son looked at me asking if he could get more. I could literally count the cubes of steak dumped on the burrito… anywhere between 6-10 pieces. PLEASE CHECK THE CAMERAS to verify! I looked at the guy and said “Are you serious? Can I please get the amount of what I’m paying for and what I’m used to getting? I will pay for it if I have to” so he gives more. ($6 for “extra steak”) Next it’s my turn and sure enough he gives me a decent portion. Obviously because of my initial reaction. No sides (as the chips are always stale) and no drinks. A burrito and a bowl nearly $40!!!!! I promise you, after 10+ years of coming here, Chipotle, I will never step foot in here again. This last and final visit put the icing on the cake. I’d rather drive an extra 5 minutes and pay $2 more and go to Bajas as their portions are astronomical with soooo many more options and FREE GUACAMOLE! Let’s not mention the empty station of napkins upon walking out! This place is going downhill, unfortunately…..
The food was good. The meat is tender and well seasoned. The veggies are fresh and crisp. Everything was cut into bite size pieces. We had to wait a little while for anyone to help the line waiting to order. Our burrito was rolled poorly and fell apart after the first bite. Service was friendly, but lacked a little in output. The chips were stale and cold.

This location is the trash can of chipotles. I originally stopped going here because of small serving sizes at this location. Today it was just nearby and easy.
They were still foing to be open for a few more hours, however they said they were out of chicken and would not have any for the rest of the night.(I could see it being cooked behind the guy) Then they said they were out of chips so I couldn't get any of those.
The entire serving line was disgusting with spills all over it, I got to watch my container slide across various spills, so that was great.
I get home, I try to eat the food, the rice is hard and the meat just doesn't taste right. Just go to the one in EG if you want chiptole. Bald hill location always has and apparently always will be a joke.

Service is slow even tho they arnt that busy and they seem misrable. Food is either over or under seasoned. Never just normal and good. Like before. Usualy order once a week but every order over the last few months have been wrong or just not good. Unless you are physically in the store, there is no form of contact except for a Chatbot. So help with order issues is non existent.
